ABOUT THE SPACE
Welcome to this spacious haven in the heart of St. Louis, Missouri! This spacious home boasts four beautifully designed bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests perfect for families and groups seeking both comfort and convenience.

Step inside to a warm and inviting living room, complete with plush seating and a large TV. The open layout flows effortlessly into the dining area, which features seating for ten and an elegant upright piano (at 3323). Adjacent to the dining space, the fully equipped kitchen offers additional bar seating and leads to a cozy secondary gathering area with comfortable seating and another TV perfect for socializing, cooking together, or unwinding. A coffee bar with a wine cooler and a half bath adds to the convenience, while access to the covered rear porch and fenced backyard provides an ideal outdoor retreat.

Upstairs, you ll find four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination, and a laundry room. The master suite includes a private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, spacious closet, and a TV. Additional rooms include a charming kids space with a bunk bed and daybed, a queen bedroom, and a private twin bedroom.
The fully furnished basement offers approximately 1,000 sq. ft. of additional living space, functioning as a spacious studio suite. It features two queen beds, a sleeper chair, a dining area with a kitchenette, a TV, gaming tables, an exercise bike, and a private bathroom with a shower.

With a total of 3,500 sq. ft. of living space, this home provides multiple gathering areas, including two on the main level and one in the basement. The property also features a fenced backyard, a covered carport and the added convenience of an EV charger. For enhanced security, Ring cameras are installed at both the front and back of the home.

Nestled in a safe and modern neighborhood, this home is just one mile from Top Golf and SLU, surrounded by newly constructed single-family homes. Easy access to major highways, this home provides seamless connectivity to key areas such as Midtown, Central West End, and Downtown via well-traveled routes like Compton, Jefferson, and Grand.

PET FRIENDLY POLICY
We also welcome pets as part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we implement a pet fee of $75 per stay. Guests must notify us in advance if they plan to bring a pet; a maximum of two pets are allowed per rental unit. Pet owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets, and adherence to pet-related house rules, such as leash requirements and waste disposal guidelines, is required. Each home is provided with the following:

- Pack and Play and high chair for those traveling with children
- Washer and dryer, laundry detergent, iron, and ironing board
- Toilet paper and paper towels
- Shampoo, hairdryer, make-up wipes
- Dishwasher soap, dishwashing liquid

PARKING DETAILS
If you re arriving with more than two cars, please reach out to us with any questions! This is a residential neighborhood, and street parking for non-residents is NOT allowed. Additionally, please ensure that you do not block driveways, alleys, or access points of neighboring homes. Commercial vehicles (large trucks, trailers, oversized vans) are not permitted in front of the home or within residential areas.

Wonderful stay

Beautifully decorated home. Immaculate. Very comfortable and plenty of room for our large party. Will definitely be back when our plans bring us back to the area.

Contemporary house with all amenities.

The property had everything as advertised. The property is in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located close to St. Louis sites, SLU and WashU. The support staff we extremely responsive and attentive to our needs.

Spacious Home

The house has two living areas on the first floor, and an open kitchen. The rooms are spacious and you could easily fit a large group of 10+. However, our family of five had to space out showers so everyone could take a hot one. The water heater could not keep up after two consecutive 8-10 minute showers. That was a bit of a logistical headache each day but we managed. The basement was cold, but it made it nice to sleep in. The basement has a small kitchen and small living area with some seating. The neighborhood is … up and coming. Lots of renovations and construction happening. There isn’t much in walking distance. But it was a convenient location near I-44. The alley has a lot of pot holes, so many we opted to park on the street rather than scrap the car bumpers. The house gave us enough space to spread out and gather for a meal. Everyone got their own bed and parking was free.

Clean, new home ideally located with a few drawbacks

The home was clean and beautifully appointed. The decor was peaceful and welcoming. The home had so many wonderful ammenities, a spacipus kitchen with all the gadgets for cooking, a welcome basket of treats, toiletries and cleaning supplies, a gorgeous master bedroom and bathroom, baby items and family games. The place was seriously much better than the pictures even showed. My favorite because im a bit of a mattreas snob, was how comfortable the beds were. They were the perfect amount of firmness for my husband but still soft as air for me. The lication was in the neighborhood of SLU and in close proximity to downtown. Unfortunately there were 2 significant drawbacks. The firat being that the basement was freezing and no amount of adjusting the main floor thermostat could fix it. Hopefully the manement company can address thia with some space heaters. Secondly, the water heater was not big enough for the house. After just 2 short showers all the hot water was gone. Again hopefully this can be addressed, because this home was very lovely and accomodating for a large family and was a good value for the money. The management company was fairly easy to reach, although they were not able to solve the issues we had while we were there, which was inderstandable. Overall a very good home and an enjoyable stay.
