This 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, garage home with a private solar heated pool/lanai awaits you! This bungalow has a split floor plan layout where the Master bedroom and en-suite bath is on one side of the main kitchen, dining living areas and the other two bedrooms and full bath are located on the other side of the kitchen, dining living areas.
Two sets of patio doors leads to a serene quiet tropical solar heated pool and patio area which holds a table, 6 chairs, 4 lounging chairs and 4 adirondack chairs. This home also comes with a garage to park your vehicle and is equipped with two bicycles, beach chairs and beach toys.
This lovely home is also located in the quaint beautiful and safe neighbourhood of Cypress Village. Close to everything: Fort Myers Beach, Lynn Hall Beach Park, San Carlos Bay-Bunche Beach, Bowditch Point Park, Lovers Key Beach, Sanibel/Captiva Islands, Golfing, Shopping, Dining, Parks, Entertainment, Theatre, Airport etc. Walking distance to various shops and dinning as well as Lakes Park a 279-acre public park with miles of paved and unpaved trails and boardwalks. The property is private, and is surrounded by native tropical plants giving it a true SouthWest Florida tropical vibe. The house has a convenient split floor plan, which consists of a Master bedroom with Ensuite bath on on side and two additional bedrooms and a full bath on the other side separated by the main living areas to give added privacy. This home also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, solar heated private pool and garage which holds 2 bicycles, beach chairs etc.
