Nauti tÀstÀ hiljattain remontoidusta 2 sÀngystÀ, 2 kylpystÀ rannan tuntumassa. KesÀ 2013 2013 toi kiinteistölle uuden omistajan ja upeat remontit.

Keittiö ja molemmat kylpyhuoneet on tÀysin kunnostettu laattojen lÀpi, graniitti työtasot ja uudet kalusteet. Uusi matto olohuoneen ja makuuhuoneiden lÀpi, uudet huonekalut olohuoneessa. Raikas maali jokaiselle seinÀlle. Avaimeton ovi-merkintÀ, joten sinun ei tarvitse huolehtia siitÀ, kenellÀ on avain. KiinteistössÀ lÀmmitetty uima-allas ja kÀvelyetÀisyydellÀ monista ravintoloista ja palveluista. Ilmainen Wi-Fi. Televisiot olohuoneessa ja makuuhuoneessa.

Makuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, vaatehuone ja tÀysi kylpyamme. Vierashuoneessa on kaksi erillistÀ vuodetta, vaatehuone ja kylpyhuone, jossa suihkukaappi. Olohuoneen sohvassa on queen-size-vuode. KeittiössÀ on syömisalue sekÀ aamiaisbaari uudessa graniittitasolla.

Sijaitsee 4. kerroksessa, tÀmÀ huoneisto on tÀysin varusteltu ja valmistamaan sinua potkaisemaan jalat ja nauttimaan upeasta Floridan rannasta. Ft. Myers on tÀydellinen paikka pitkiÀ kÀvelyretkiÀ pitkin valkoisia hiekkarantoja, kuorien kerÀÀmistÀ ja syvÀnmerenkalastusta. On olemassa useita golfkenttiÀ, jotka sijaitsevat 20 minuutissa ja vaunupysÀkki kadun toisella puolella vie sinut mihin tahansa saareen. Perfect!

Our family stayed here for and end of the Summer vacation. We were not disappointed! The condo was decorated beautifully and very clean. It is brand new after hurricane Ian renovations and wow did the owners do a wonderful job! New furniture, new kitchen cabinets and a fresh coat of paint throughout. The views were stunning! We loved waking up, having coffee on the balcony to dolphins swimming by then end our days with beautiful sunsets over the ocean right from our very own condo! Very peaceful area and family friendly. The kids loved waking up and running out to the beach and going swimming in the pool that is right off the beach and just a few yards from our building. The location was perfect, we could walk to so many places. There were so many entertaining places to eat, shop and site see all within about 20 minutes from here. We will be coming back and staying here anytime we want to visit this area! Overall 10/10

I would do it again...But

As background we are from central Florida and can only get to the beach in the Summer months. If we were visiting from snowy climes this would be heaven. But we came in August.. thats the month that repairs are done. So a day without water as the pumps were re done. And about 4 days when the parking lot was re done. Nice outdoor grills, the gas was turned off to all but 1. The rooms themselves had a lot of flying bugs..Take away at least 1 maybe 2 stars for that. Mind you the bugs were not bothersome, did not bite or get in food. but were numerous. The furniture was that of a cheap motel Be aware the beach is a turtle nesting sanctuary so is not combed as some are. That bad stuff said, this was the best vacation of my life The location is perfect. A grocery store and many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The kitchen was well supplied. everything you could ask for in pots pans and utensils. The Pool was heaven. The A/C ,fans shower and the like were all in good repair. I loved to just sit out on the balcony read a book and watch the beach the dolphins and stingrays swim by..The TV was big enough and the internet worked fine. I want to go back to Leonardo Arms next year.. will probably look for a different apartment.

Had a wonderful 2 month stay at this property. If you love the sound of waves at night and dolphins swimming by during the day this is the place! You cannot get any closer to the beach than this building!! Very walkable and safe. Would highly recommend.

Love The Beach View!

Condo is well laid out with beach views all the way to the kitchen. It was stocked with everything we needed. Great restaurants were right down the street. Publix grocery store was less than a 10 minute drive. Hope to return. Loved it!

Another great vacation.

For many years we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Arms this year was no exception. The unit is rifght on the beach at the quiet south end of Fort Myers Beach where all of the facilities are unrivalled. Sitting on the lanai in the evening with a drink looking out to sea watching the sun going down is perfect.

Awesome View

We stayed for a month and the condo worked well for us. The heated pool was perfection. Access to the beach was so easy. The kitchen worked well as I like to cook. It was well supplied with equipment and dishes. Appliances worked well too. We loved having two bedrooms and the balcony was nice for sunsets or afternoon sun. The master bedroom bed was too soft for us but the walk in closet was very nice to have. The AC worked well and kept us very comfortable. We enjoyed walking to Santini Plaza and CVS. We wish the association would reconsider allowing pets. Snowbirds often have well behaved pets and the pet policy limits potential tenants.Overall a nice condo at a reasonable price.

Superb condo.

We have stayed in this unit for a number of years and this year we found even more new additions to an excellent accommodation. Right on the beach with an uninterrupted view of the setting sun what more could one want. We will hopefully return again next year.

Very well kept and clean property.

This place is awesome! Right on the ocean, clean and updated room, granite countertops, owners are very easy to deal with and very accommodating. I would recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing paradise vacation.

Best place to stay on the beach

Location is great, condo is well equipped, and we enjoyed everything except having the water turned off on three different days for repairs. Inconvenient but not insurmountable. We definitely recommend this place and its amenities.

Unrivalled position.

We have stayed in this condo for a number of years. Whilst it has been refurbished, this year there were a number of new items such as a glass topped dining table and chairs this only adds to this great condo. The condo is right on the beach with unrivalled views over the gulf and of the great sunsets, the views are spectacular. We will be returning next year.

The Leonardo Arms is a great place to stay and the location on Fort Meyers Beach is ideal. There is shopping and dining just a short walk away.

Awesome as always

We spent our vacation here for the 4th time now and that's for a reason. We love the unit, well equipped, comfortable, great view from the balcony! We also appreciate that it's on the quieter south end of the island but still not far from several restaurants. CVS is in close walking distance and they offer also some groceries. Please see my reviews from the last 4 years for more details. We plan on coming back next year.
