Construction is currently occurring on Norreigo Point next to East Pass Towers. The gate access to that beach area is currently closed as well as that parking area. This does not impact the complex of East Pass Towers.

This spacious two bedroom, two bathroom condo has it all: spectacular panoramic views of Destin’s East Pass and the Destin Harbor, comfortable seating around every corner, and located just steps away from the beautiful emerald green Destin waters in the exquisite East Pass Towers condominium complex.

The kitchen comes complete with full size stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite countertops, and enough pots, pans, plates, and utensils to prepare your favorite meal. The living room has a plush couch and two leather recliners, as well as a large HDTV. The sofa even pulls out to a Queen bed to allow the condo to sleep 6 guests in comfort and ease.

The Guest bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a flat screen HDTV, and balcony access. The Master bedroom has King-size bed, a flat screen HDTV, and balcony access. The spacious balcony is accessible from the living room and both bedrooms and offers stellar views of the Destin Harbor, Norriego Point, the Destin Bridge, and the East Pass.

Wonderful view—very relaxing. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We were afraid that nearby construction would be an issue; however, it was not. Clarification for elevator and pool access codes would have been helpful prior to arrival. The Holiday Isle text-support was very responsive & even offered suggestions for a future stay with a large group.

Pool not open

The condo was great but it advertised as having a pool but pool was closed our entire stay. Across the intercostal the music was so loud at night we could understand the words to the music. It went on until 2AM.

Nice, peaceful, and cozy.

My friend and I enjoyed staying at this lovely, cozy condo with views of the Destin marina and the Destin Pass. We only had a few complaints. We couldn’t find the thermostat control for the air or heat, but we had blankets and we were fine. We also couldn’t find any luggage carts for hauling our luggage and other bags. Other than that, we agreed this is a nice place and we might revisit this condo in the future. I loved how clean and beachy it felt. Thank you for a great stay. :)
