Excellent Stay

The unit was exactly as pictured and was affordable. Location was convenient and in walking distance to the main strip. Owner is attentive and responds in a timely manner. Would recommend for a quick weekend trip!

This condo was exactly as pictured. I've stayed in this building before and always love it. It is comfortable and cozy for a couple. The closet had extra pillows and a blanket; plenty of towels for use. I appreciate staying here!

Location and facilities were excellent. The furniture was in very good condition except the dining table was a bit janky. The linens were adequate. The kitchen was well equipped. Cleanliness was acceptable.

My family had an amazing stay! The unit was clean and nicely kept. Condo is a short walking distance from the main Gatlinburg strip with many restaurants and gift shops. Very much enjoyed our time!

Location was conveniently close to attractions. Unit clean but cold. Elevator was out of service my whole stay with unit on the 7th floor, no wifi connection, communication with guest contact lacked promptness & evolve couldn't help with ANYTHING except directing me back to guest contact

While one elevator was indeed out of service for maintenance during your stay, the other elevator remained operational to facilitate guest access to the unit. - In terms of temperature control, the condo is equipped with two oversized heaters, similar to those found in hotels. We apologize if adjusting the heater settings was not intuitive, and we appreciate your understanding. - We're sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi connectivity issues you encountered. Our records indicate that there were no reported Wi-Fi issues before or after your stay, but we understand the frustration this may have caused and will investigate further to ensure the reliability of our internet connection. - Regarding communication, we strive to provide prompt and helpful assistance to all our guests. The property was not as represented. It was advertised with pictures of a fireplace. It was non working. The bed was very uncomfortable. Pillows were so poor we had to go buy new. The tub had jets that were filthy and the shower didn’t drain well. I don’t mind old. I do mind dirty and poor sleeping situation.
View from the balcony of the glass bridge was beautiful. We also saw bears!

Horrible

Nothing is as pictured! The fireplace did mot work! The bed is full size not queen! Dirty! Not central air! Two units. The one in the bedroom blew cool air all the time and the one one in th living room came on once and blew cold air

Beware! Nothing like the pictures!

Unit was nothing like the pictures and not very clean. Owner does not respond to emails prior to or during the stay. Bed was awful and not a queen size. Air conditioner bangs and clangs. Not very clean and kitchen sink was atrocious! Left after one night. Location was the only good thing about this place. And the rental company didn’t help us either. Buyer beware!

The condo was in an amazing location close to the strip. Upon entry the place looked nice. It definitely needed to have a deep clean. Needs alittle TLC with some of the esthetics. Im not picking and usually camp so my expectations are low anyways . Just wish for the we spent I could've felt alittle more comfortable. The owner was notified and had explain he just took this unit over. He was very nice and attentive. Overall I'd give it a 6 out of 10.
