Beach property, nestled in the heart of Raumati Beach, offers a perfect retreat for professionals, couples, girls weekend away, or a small family seeking a peaceful getaway with stunning sunsets, local restaurants and amenities.
100 steps to the beach for a morning swim or a romantic sunset stroll. Warm, light and 7years old two-bedroom home designed for total relaxation. Master bedroom and second bedroom seaside, you wake up to soothing sounds of the rolling waves. Ideal for friends traveling together or couples getaway.
If you have a pet and would like to have your pet with you during your stay, please add $50 to your stay by ticking pet included.
Stays longer than 2 weeks, a regular cleaning service during your stay is provided at no charge. This includes, linen change, bathroom, floors washed and dusting.
A great retreat for a romantic escape, a family holiday, or time-out with friends. A comfy house all year round - fully insulated, doubled glazed windows, heat pump. All the amenities you need.
Wellington is 48 kms away (an approximately 50 minute drive).
Raumati Beach, is a safe swimming beach and also popular for paddle boarding, surf-casting, and when conditions are right - surfing and kite-surfing. Also a great walking beach, being part of 40kms of beaches sheltered from prevailing westerly winds by Kapiti Island.
When the tide is in, a walkway/cycle-way links Raumati South to Queen Elizabeth Park (which contains walking and cycling tracks) and sandy beaches.
The house a very short walk to Raumati Beach Village shops, cafes, restaurant, retail fashion, local vet, Rae Weir Hairdresser, Bar, bakery, pharmacy, children's play and water park.
Fully equipped kitchen, bench-top induction stove, fan oven, microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster.
Off-street parking for two vehicles. 1 x Carport covered car park.

Kia ora and welcome – I’m Eloise, your host . Based on the beautiful Kāpiti Coast, I divide my time between creating organic, plant-based self-care products, supporting clients as a wellbeing coach , and holding space for people to slow down, breathe and reconnect with what really matters.
My background includes formal study in herbal medicine, aromatology (the science of essential oils) in plant therapy and principles of Chinese medicine and much much more.
When you stay here, my intention is that you feel genuinely looked after: from thoughtful touches like cosy textures, soft lighting and beautiful natural aromas, to practical comforts such as a good night’s sleep, a hot shower that actually feels like a treat, and a peaceful spot to enjoy a cup of herbal tea.
I love curating little rituals for guests – a calming evening tea blend, a gentle magnesium or aromatherapy option to support sleep, or recommendations for local walks, beaches and markets where you can soak up the relaxed Kāpiti lifestyle.
Whether you are here for rest, remote work, a coastal escape or a base to explore the wider Wellington region, my hope is that this home feels like a soft landing – a space where you can exhale, reset your nervous system and leave feeling a little more spacious, grounded and inspired than when you arrived.
