This beautiful house was built by our Grandfather Byron and is the Jewel of Mylestom, beach access directly across the road, short stroll to the River, cafe/shop, it has it all.
Come and enjoy everything Mylestom and the surrounding areas have to offer, you won't be disappointed.
The space
This large home has everything you need to enjoy your stay.
Sleeps 10, 4 bedrooms, two large living areas, large kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, huge rear outdoor area, double garage.
Bedroom #1 King bed, built-in robes, ceiling fan.
Bedroom #2 Double bed, built-in robes, ceiling fan.
Bedroom #3 Double bed, built-in robes, ceiling fan.
Bedroom #4 (Downstairs) Queen bed
Set of Bunk beds in downstairs Living room (ideal for kids to be close to parents if needed)
Down stairs Living room, Smart TV, Plenty of seating area.
Up stairs Living room, Smart TV, Plenty of seating area, access to outdoor veranda, beautiful coastal breezes.
Kitchen and Dining area, built-in pantry, fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher), Coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, blender.
Two bathrooms- one upstairs and one downstairs.
Spacious laundry area, fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, ironing facilities and large clothes line in backyard.
Fully fenced backyard, large undercover BBQ area, large outdoor dining area, perfect for entertaining friends and family.
Double garage, perfect to park the cars and small boat if needed, free street parking.
Linen and towels are provided, feel free to bring your own beach towels.
Pet friendly with a fully fenced yard. $100 per pet applies and agreement to our pet policy. Guests must advise of any pets at the time of booking.
