Superb new condo located at the base of the slopes of Owls Head Mountain and a short walk from Club Lac. Club Lac offers a swimming pool, spa, relaxation area, wading pool, and a magnificent view of Lake Memphremagog, as well as a small private beach.

The condo includes a heated garage, ski/snowboard storage, and a boot dryer.

It also features a very well-equipped kitchen.

Numerous activities are available within a 17km radius: Owls Head Golf Course, Bolton Spa, cycling trails, cross-country skiing, a multi-purpose skating rink, and O'Kataventure: kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, and tubing on the Missisquoi River. You are also just 26 minutes (22km) from the Vermont border crossing.
