Cozy Lakefront view Cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 full washroom, living room, queen size sofacum bed, dinning room and kitchen.

✅ Large deck outdoor space with a lakefront view also 1 cabin outside with 2x bunk beds.

✅ The waterfront, with clean deep water right off the dock, is ideal for swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, and other water sports.

✅ Located only a few minutes outside of Bobcaygeon (amazing village for shopping) where you can boat in to grab dinner, or just an ice cream cone!

The location of this rental was great...close to Bobcaygen and easy to get to other Kawartha towns. The property itself could use some minor updates (bathroom and docks) and cleaning (bathroom and under beds). All of the basics were provided and a great place for my kids to hang out and relax.

Getaway for birthday

Overall the property met all of our needs and was well maintained. The host was excellent with communication and always available.The water was warm and the canoe was great for fishing and seeing the lake. Bobcaygeon is a lovely town with fun shopping and places to eat.The bbq needs a little TLC (was quite rusted) but all other kitchen/cooking supplies were great. We would come back again!

Good location

Good location and nice property but interior could use an update The one Dock is very sketchy as most of the nails have given out and nothing is really holding it together Other than that was a great stay! Had a minor issue with water pump but owners were very quick to contact me (even though it was late at night ) and turns out that something just need to be plugged in Great lake and very nice spot right at the tip of the peninsula

Everything we expected and more

We were a group of 4 female friends. The owners were very easy to get in touch with and responded quickly with any questions we had. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was stocked with some staples like coffee, tea and sugar. It also had every appliance you may need as well as an excellent variety of cooking utensils and kitchen tools. The beds were comfortable and made up with nice quality linens. The bunky is a little on the rough side as it looks like mice have made their way in but fortunately for us, we had a couple ladies cancel last minute and didn’t need to use it. All of us agree that it’s a spot we would definitely love to return to for another stay. The view of the lake was stunning and the sunrises were spectacular. Robin

Decent but with some issues

This cottage was very clean, had great appliances such as a dishwasher and a new fridge. We appreciated all of the items in the kitchen and items such as firewood that was provided. That was lovely and appreciated! The couches were new ( not shown in the pictures)and were very comfortable. The water in the shower and the water coming from the taps had a very strong sulphur like smell so it made it very unpleasant to take a shower. The entire lake and shore was weedy and it had a very rocky bottom so getting into the lake was tricky. I wouldn't recommend this rental people who are looking for swimming unless they are used to swimming in areas that have rocky shores. There is a flat, grassy area in front of the cottage was wonderful for playing hours of badminton! The docks were very rickety. I'm not sure if you could tie up a boat or a seadoo to it. Sitting on the deck was lovely. There was ample seating and it had very nice umbrella and table. I appreciated the small washer/dryer. Ceiling fan in the main room didn't work. The two other fans in the bedrooms were okay. The air conditioner was very loud inside the cottage and when sitting on the deck. The A/C cooled down the main living room/ kitchen area. It would have been nice to have some kayaks or paddle boards to use. There was a canoe with a paddle however we couldn't find a second paddle. Location to three surrounding towns was fantastic for meals and shopping!! Lindsay had everything you needed. Nice neighbours.
