Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park two cars in the garage. Guests can also enjoy direct access to the beach from the backyard along a discrete beach track. This track will also take you to nearby beach showers and the coastal footpath which is perfect for shaded walks through the bush reserve.

> The yard is permanently fenced along the back, however it can be fully fenced to accommodate young families from wandering out to the front yard. (Please note that the fencing is low and unobtrusive)

The Neighborhood:
The home is located less than 200m away from the beach. Ideal for leisurely beach walks, this beach provides the perfect place for some rest and relaxation while on holiday. This home is conveniently situated just a 4-minute drive from the base/car park of Mount Coolum, making it a hiker's paradise. If you'd rather opt for an easier walk along a boardwalk, a quick 6-minute drive will take you to the Mount Coolum boardwalk, offering a scenic stroll amongst nature. Yaroomba Beach, is just 5-minutes drive away and is a popular destination for surfing and swimming, with seasonal lifeguard patrols for safety between access points 89 and 90. If you’re looking to explore Coolum Beach, the esplanade is filled with bustling shops, cafes, restaurants and the Coolum Beach Surf Club. Coolum Beach is a patrolled beach, located approximately 8-10 minutes drive away and is a great spot for swimming, surfing or paddle boarding.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, public transport is just a 5-minute walk away (bus stops at Shopping Village on David Low Way). The Sunshine Coast Airport is a short 5-minute drive away. There are also excellent cycling and walking tracks to explore the local area.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
