The Space:
Welcoming you with wide-covered decks and lush gardens, the one-off design features an easy-flow floor plan that seamlessly merges indoor and outdoor spaces. The breezeway is central to the home, providing natural ventilation and linking the living and sleeping quarters. Over-sized doors, raked ceilings and plenty of glass create a calm ambience and combine to capture cooling summer breezes.
The open-plan living and dining area flows onto front and side decks, with ample space to lounge outside or fire up the BBQ grill. The backyard is fully fenced, with an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Inside, relax on the plush leather lounge and enjoy a movie night on the smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for home cooks, featuring a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, walk-in pantry, and all the holiday cooking staples.
The primary bedroom is a private haven with a plush king-sized bed, walk-in robe, reading nook, and its own TVâideal for winding down in peace. Two additional bedrooms offer generous space and queen beds, styled for comfort and rest. The fourth bedroom is perfect for kids, featuring two single beds and a cot. The home includes one full bathroom with modern fittings, plus an upstairs ensuite powder room for added convenience during busy mornings or shared stays. Ceiling fans and split-system cooling throughout ensure year-round comfort.
Guests can park on the driveway or street, while the garage remains unavailable, and the concealed laundryâcomplete with washer and dryerâis conveniently accessed via the breezeway.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
