Jupiter House is a work of art, thoughtfully designed to complement the beauty of the landscape. The sleek, subtle exterior echoes the traditional architecture of the Southwest, while the location provides far-reaching views of the Joshua Tree desert and mountains. Inside, the décor incorporates designer furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that combine modern lines with sophisticated Deco touches. A chic white-and-gold color palette accented with warm woods and gorgeous marble sets a soothing tone for your stay.

The property was designed to entertain with resort-style amenities and features. A 40-foot sliding glass door opens up completely to the outdoor area, where you'll enjoy a pickleball court, hot tub, built-in firepit, outdoor shower, and native landscaping including a Joshua Tree. The infinity pool is a focal point of the property, outfitted with in-pool chaise loungers and moody lighting that transforms the space at night. When you aren't lounging at the property, you'll have the wonders of Joshua Tree National Park minutes away, along with all of the area's bars, boutiques, and restaurants nearby.

The spacious property has plenty of room for everyone in your group to stay in comfort. You'll find two Master Suites on separate wings of the home offering ultimate privacy. There are two additional guest bedrooms, including one with two twin beds. Each guest room features a lavish en-suite bathroom and direct outdoor access, meaning everyone can wake up to beautiful desert views. The décor is soothing and serene throughout, accented with earthy tones and natural materials.

The Fieldtrip experience combines the amenities and service of a luxury lifestyle hotel with the privacy and intimacy of a home.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's mobile app experience (powered by DACK) contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here. This app is highly encouraged to check into your FIELDTRIP home and thoroughly (and effortlessly) enjoy the property and amenities.
- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 4 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.
- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.
- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.
- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee of $2,500 - $5,000 is required.
- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees starting at $1,500 and up to $5,000 for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
