Situated on Weedon Hill, Dencala is a 5 minute drive to the town centre( or cycle in via the cycle track), 5 minutes from Ocean Beach, and 10 minutes from Lights Beach. Cosy up to the log fire in winter, have a barbie on the deck in summer.
Lovely walks around the neighbourhood, including stunning views of The Inlet , and just just minutes walk to a park and bush trails The Bib Track and little River Walk and Cycle path are 3 minutes by car.

We really enjoyed our stay in this light filled property. Lots of windows to look out at the trees. Spotless and cosy. A short walk to a beautiful walk along the inlet. We couldn't do the national park as we had our dog. Property is fully fenced and so is the large verandah. Great spot for us and the dog. Definitely dog friendly. Cynthia is such a lovely host and answered any questions we had quickly. Planning to come back! Just a note getting luggage from the car to the house could be a little tricky for those that are not very stable on their feet. Thanks Cynthia!

The accommodation was exactly as Cynthia described it. The house has a wonderful outlook over some beautiful gum trees. The fenced yard was excellent for our Catahoula x dog.

Situated in a beautiful location amongst the trees, the house was extremely comfortable and we slept peacefully. Cynthia's customer service was excellent, she provided quality information and local tourism recommendations. We were particularly impressed with her effort towards being pet friendly and the added extras that made our dog feel very welcome. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again Cynthia.

Cosy, well appointed home in a beautiful location. Felt like we were in the forest, yet so close to town. Perfect for a family holiday and our dog loved exploring the back yard. Peaceful and relaxing.

Cynthia was a responsive host, and on our advice we were arriving in the evening gave helpful tips about places to eat and made the fire, ready for us to light. Very welcoming and the house works well. Gorgeous trees to look through at the moon rising and birds visit the grounds.

Enjoyed the location and the dogs loved it. The utensils could do with being updatied. All in all tho we would definitely stay again so 10 out of 10 x.PS the 28s love coming to say hello in the mornings so native bird seed is highly recommended to bring.Thanks Cynthia xx

Relaxing break with kids

The house is lovely, it was clean and cosy. The outlook from the living room into the trees was so relaxing. It had everything we needed for our family of 5 plus dog.The outside area is fenced off, however our small dog (9kg) was able to escape. We were out of reception at the time, so when we were not contactable, Cynthia was able to put our dog safely inside to keep him off the road.We loved our stay here and would love to return again!

Very relaxing!

A perfect place to stay with our family of four and and our dog. The house could even accommodate two more as we left one bedroom unused. We appreciated the fully fenced yard for our dog, the cosy fire and the attention to detail. The house had everything we needed. Great location between Denmark and Ocean Beach and a beautiful view of the Karri treetops. Cynthia was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Girls 50th Birthday weekend

We all loved staying at this property. Location was perfect. Views were amazing looking out at the tops of the trees. Beautiful and quiet. We would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for peace, quiet and tranquillity.
