The owner never got in touch with us about how to access the property despite repeated attempts by us and, finally, VRBO. If there was an emergency, I hope VRBO will erase this review. If there was not, I hope this owner stops renting. Because of the impossibility of getting access to the property, we arrived in Caen on a national holiday with no place to stay. VERY fortunately, there was a space in one other VRBO property, and VRBO made up the difference in cost.
