We were looking for somewhere convenient to access the D-Day beaches and all that Normandy has to offer and this location was perfect! Cathy went above and beyond to provide a well-appointed accommodation. It was comfortable, clean and had everything we need. Free parking on site is a big bonus. The complementary bottle of cider and cookies were a plus! Thank you for such a wonderful holiday Cathy.

Loved this little gem! It had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation to the Normandy region. The bed was super comfy and the amenities were great. Loved the little village including the church on the corner and the patisserie for breakfast. Would highly recommend!!

Private house, very well equipped, ideal for 2 with secure parking at the rear of the property.Large double bed with bathroom upstairs, open plan living area downstairs with washing machine and loo.Small courtyard out the back with seating and loungers.Very comfortable for 2, highly recommended.

Really nice property in a lovely small village. Accomodation is well appointed with great outside space and good parking. Appreciated the little touches of Normandy cider and biscuits on arrival. Simple things like cleaning provisions make tidying up during your stay and on departure simple. So quiet and private, no passing traffic. Lovely place made for a great stay.

Toll ausgestattete, extrem saubere Wohnung in perfekter Lage. Hinterhof für Naturliebhaber vielleicht etwas karg, aber sehr praktisch - vor allem die direkte Verbindung zur Küche! Jederzeit wieder!

War begeistert.

Zentral gelegener Ort mit allem was man braucht. Die meisten Landungsstrände in 30 Minuten anfahrbar. Wohnung top sauber und es lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Kochuntensilien besser als üblich. Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung. Alles in allem kann ich die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Kleine Kritik auf hohen Niveau. Deutsches Fernsehen nur sehr eingeschränkt (Bin ja auch in Frankreich) und bin kein Mikrowellenkind, Backofen hätte mir besser gefallen. Würde aber jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines parfaites. Gite très propre et très bien aménagé. Très bien situé à moins de 30 minutes des plages du débarquement et 15 minutes de Caen. Beaucoup de commerces à proximité à pied. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et à l’écoute. Nous pourrions y retourner sans problème.

Super ausgestattetes kleines Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem stylischen und top ausgestattetem Haus. Vom Bügelbrett bis zur Waschmaschine, von den reichlich vorhandenen Kochutensilien bis zum Induktionskochfeld war alles vorhanden. Der mit Bäckerei, Pizzabäckerei übern Hof und Supermarkt ausgestattete kleine Ort Bretteville war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Unternehmungen. Ruhig und unkompliziert. Sehr empfehlenswert!
