This stunning 2 storey holiday home is beautifully appointed to the highest standard throughout with the most stunning river views.
Located within walking distance to Bombora on the River for breakfast and lunch, Goolwa’s Adventure Naturescape Playground, Goolwa Wharf, South Lakes Golf Club and Goolwa Regatta Yacht Club. Launch the boat to enjoy your favourite water sports at the public boat ramp, head down to the beach, enjoy a leisurely bike ride or stroll along the bike path or simply just sit back, relax and take in the breathtaking views, the choice is yours!
The home comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 living and 2 bathrooms.
Master bedroom upstairs with en-suite and views of Golf Course. Second and third bedroom downstairs, living space upstairs and second area to chill down stairs.
Open plan living / dining upstairs with balcony , BBQ, outdoor seating and dining with TV, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, cook top, electric oven and pantry. Bathroom downstairs has a deep floating bath, shower and separate toilet.
Master Room – 1 Queen Bed
Bed 2 – Two Single beds
Bed 3 - Single beds with trundle underneath that can be pulled out to make a double bed or second single bed.
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
