Master bedroom upstairs with en-suite and views of Golf Course. Second and third bedroom downstairs, living space upstairs and second area to chill down stairs.

Open plan living / dining upstairs with balcony , BBQ, outdoor seating and dining with TV, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, cook top, electric oven and pantry. Bathroom downstairs has a deep floating bath, shower and separate toilet.

* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions

* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure

* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure

* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa

* Quilts with covers and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own fitted & flat sheets, pillowcases, towels and tea towels or hire them through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769

* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's

* We have a NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes

* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
