Luxury oasis in Downtown Mexico City

Live a diferent Mexico, staying in my 2 floors house (300m2) located in the heart of Mexico City just between the historic center (15 mns) and the trendy neighborhood of Polanco (12 mns). Located in a quiet street, it is just 2 blocks from "The Angel of Independencia" the major landmark of the city. The house with its garden and fountain is an oasis in the middle of the busy city. It has an european style architecture filled with mexican artwork and sculptures, that give a very local spirit. Ground floor has an open kitchen, the dinning room, a piano room and a large living room with direct acces to the garden. First floor has 2 rooms, 1 suite with queen size bed and terrace and 1 bedroom with queen size bed. Both with their own bathroom. Master bedroom is on the 2nd floor and has its own terrace.
Wifi available as well as 2 TV with all US channel and some European ones (France-Spain).
The neighborhood is very animated with lots of restaurants and main Reforma Avenue is just 10 mns walk.
This is the best and original way to visit this vibrant city of Mexico, ranked # 1 travel destination out of 52 cities in the world by the New York Times.

Great Mexico City Stay

This house was perfect for our family’s long weekend in Mexico City, The house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood for easy walking to explore the city. The house was very clean with lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. We would stay again for our next visit.

Perfect place

I enjoyed my stay at this property. There were five of us and we all loved the house. It is comfortable, clean , and beautifully decorated with lots of love and art. Location is very central as well as being quiet. The garden and the balconies are very charming. I would love to go back and stay there again. Owner is responsive and makes everything very easy and workable.

Truly a Treasure

What a wonderful Christmas & New Year’s we just celebrated at this beautiful home. From booking, to check-in and beyond Patrick was an amazing host who helped make our annual holiday family reunion memorable. Guys trip to CDMX

Really great property. Beautiful artwork, totally updated and modern, clean just as shown in the listing. Central location, walking distance to many coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. We like to walk and walked to Bosque de Chapultepec, Roma Norte, Polanco, and Zocala. Others may prefer Uber, which was also easy. Five stars.

The Perfect Property

We traveled with our grown kids and their partners to this beautiful home in Mexico City in the perfect neighborhood. The house is inviting and cozy with everything you might need. Patrick, the host, checks in, offers many suggestions and is responsive to any questions or concerns you may have about the house, restaurants, or local experiences. It's easy to get around by walking or using Uber. There are many things to do in the neighborhood and we always felt safe whether out during the day or evening. I would love to return to Mexico City and we would stay at this house again in a heartbeat.

Loved this place from the pics and wasn’t disappointed in real time. Patrick was sweet. Met us and gave us the tour. Also sent in his ideas for authentic Mexican cuisine. Very quiet and comfortable despite its central location. A pleasure to be surrounded by beautiful gardens and birdsong on the city.

Beautiful house in a great neighborhood

Patrick's house was perfect. Roomy and well-decorated with a verdant back yard, it was a perfect place to regroup in between activities. It's a short walk from Roma, Condesa, and Polanco and the neighborhood itself is also beautiful. Highly recommended.

Why they chose this property

I bought the house in the year 2000 and renewed it completely to open space to the garden. The neighborhood is quiet and trendy and I like it. It is close to everything and you will enjoy this atmosphere of a little village close to the main Reforma Avenue

What makes this property unique

What I like most in this house is that you are in the center of a very busy city and you can feel like beeing in a campside, looking towards the garden, hearing the water form the fountain and the birds singing. Just an Oasis to relax after a long touristic journey.
