superbe séjour en famille

Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette belle maison agreable, bien équipée et fonctionnelle.La propriétaire a été très agréable et disponible tout au long du sejour, s'assurant que tout se passait bien et nous fournissant les conseils demandés sur les environs. n'hésitez pas ! nous recommandons chaleureusement et n'hésiterons pas à revenir si nous revenons en Alsace !

Algemeine Zufriedenheit

Durch ein Mißverständnis (FeWo hat Anni nicht mitgeteilt das wir kommen) war der Chek In um ca 1,5 h verzögert. Aber ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden. Anni hat sich auch mehrfach um unsere Fragen gekümmert. Schade, daß auf dem Fernseher nur französische Sender waren.

Stadtnah, praktisch und familiär

Die Vermieter waren immer sehr sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und aufmerksam. das Haus liegt zu Fuß 15 Minuten zur Altstadt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die drei sehr sauberen und gut eingerichteten Schlafzimmer sind ideal für eine Familie mit drei Kindern wie wir. Bei längerem Aufenthalt gäbe es etwas zu wenig Staumöglichkeiten. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind gut und recht geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sodass man sich gerne aufhält. Der sehr kleine Garten ist nur über die Treppe erreichbar. Dafür gibt es einen kleinen sonnigen Balkon. Wenn man länger da ist, wären eine neuere Spülmaschine und eine bessere Warmwasserversorgung sinnvoll. Für unseren Aufenthalt war das Haus genau richtig. Wir haben ein paar sehr schöne Tage dort verbracht und kommen sehr gerne wieder .

Danke Mathias, Sie waren auch sehr angenehme , freundliche, und respektvolle Gäste. Die Wasserversorgung funktioniert jetzt gut es war nur das der Hahne nicht genug aufgedreht worden war von den Arbeiter und wir hatten nicht daran gedacht, dass das Problem da legen würde. Spülmaschine wird bald erneut , also wenn sie wieder kommen ist alles toll. :-)

Colmar - la favola

Posizione comodissima per raggiungere a piedi il centro città e per visitare tutta la zona dei stupendi paesini vicini. Il quartiere e silenziosissimo. La casa contiene l' essenziale per un soggiorno breve. Molto accogliente e vicina al centro

Siamo stati a Colmar ( 6 persone)per soggiorno breve di tre notti. La casa é molto accogliente e la proprietaria Annie molto disponibile. Siamo stati bene , colmar bello e i paesi vicino della via del vino carinissimi. Siamo stati anche a Friburgo che dista una ora scarsa. La casa è in un punto abbastanza strategico per raggiungere supermercati e negozi sia in auto che a piedi.Torneremo sicuramente!

Entspannter Aufenthalt

Sehr nette und sehr bemühte Vermieterin, vielen Dank! In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben, und wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Betten waren bequem, das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, und doch nur 10min zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Würden wir jederzeit wieder machen!

Gemütlich, nett und nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Die Wohnung hat alles was man so benötigt. Besonders gut sind die zwei Duschen und drei Toiletten, dies macht den Aufenthalt von mehreren Personen gleichzeitig sehr viel leichter.

Nous venons de passer quelques jours dans cet appartement, proche du centre de Colmar. Situé dans une maison divisée, cet appartement sur deux niveaux est très calme, très propre et très bien équipé. La propriétaire est très accueillante et très à l'écoute de nos différents besoins. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner au prochain marché de Noël !

Gîte périurbain, joli, tranquil - très agréable

Une belle de maison tranquille pourtant proche du centre ville. Tout ça très bien équipé, très propre et tout à fait soigné. Particulièrement l'hôtesse est très gentille et obligeante. Elle est même multilingue. Merci beaucoup! Sehr ruhige und doch angenehm zentrale Lage in verkehrsberuhigter Nebenstrasse, sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung für Wochenurlaub mit sechs Personen, ausnehmend freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Sie ist vielsprachig und spricht perfekt deutsch. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

gite agreable idéalement situé

Location idéalement située pour visiter colmar et ses environs. Proche axes routiers et à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique de colmar. Location tres propre et très bien équipée. (Literie confortable). Équipements conformes à la description. Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Je recommande cette location. Restaurants typiques alsacien, route des vins et villages exceptionnels à proximité: tout était réuni pour passer un super séjour et découvrir la région.

Séjour très agréable

La maison est calme, fonctionnelle et bien située. La propriétaire nous a très bien reçus. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille, la région mérite vraiment qu'on s'y attarde, même en été !

Une semaine bien agréable

Nous avons eu la chance de passer une semaine de vacances à Colmar dans une très agréable maison où nous avons été reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse par une propriétaire aux petits soins pour que notre séjour soit une réussite. La situation de la maison est idéale par rapport au centre historique et aux axes routiers de sortie de Colmar. La maison est très propre et spacieuse. Tous les équipements nécessaires à un bon séjour sont présents (équipement de cuisine, livres, TV, salon de jardin...). Nous avons passé une semaine de vacance avec tout le confort de notre maison. Merci.

Très agréable!! Recommandable!

Nous avons y passé des bonnes vacances. C'était vraiment agréable - le gîte (très propre et joli) aussi bien que le contact avec la propriétaire. Elle était très amicale et nous avait expliqué tout ce qu'il faut savoir - même en allemand (notre langue maternelle). Ainsi nous allons recommander cette location...
