Apartment in a house with small garden neighborhood near the old town

The apartment is on the ground floor of an entrance, an office room and a small bathroom with shower and toilet. 1st floor clearance and toilets.
The living room dining room is 25m2, there is large table for 8, people, 1 armchair, a bed couch firm bed 1,40m. Large screen LCD TV freebox connection, free wifi, There are books, dvd and some toys for young children. The living room and the kitchen opens to a small balcony.

linen is not provided, we prefer if you can bring your own. However, if you can not, we provide it with a supplement of 10 € per bed for laundry costs.

The bottom room, which is completely separate from the apartment, serves as my daughter's and me's office for English classes. We are there 3 times a week for 1h30 to 3h maximum in the afternoon. At the bottom of this room there is a small bathroom with shower a toilet to which you have free access for the duration of your stay except for the few hours we are there.
the whole house is NO SMOKING, however you can smoke in the garden or on the balcony.
