The Space:
The master bedroom features a king-size bed with stunning lake views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery, and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a shower and toilet. Bedroom two offers a comfortable queen-size bed, ideal for a couple or individual. Bedroom three provides flexible sleeping arrangements with a single over double bunk bed, plus a single bed for extra sleeping space. Additionally, you'll have your own private jetty for mooring boats and easy access to a nearby boat ramp, as well as proximity to the Rotoiti Hot Pools (boat access only) for a truly unique relaxation experience.

Guest Access:
You'll get the whole holiday home all to yourself! That means all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, and living room are yours. Plus, you'll have parking (both on the property and on the street), air conditioning, a BBQ, and those amazing views. You can also head down to the lake whenever you want (just keep an eye on the kids!). You'll have access to the garage for the kayaks but please be aware, the owner does keep their boat in the garage also.

The Neighborhood:
Tucked away in the lovely Okere Falls area, our lakeside haven provides a peaceful getaway with easy access to nearby attractions. A quick drive will take you to the beautiful Okere Falls Scenic Reserve, ideal for a day of exploring nature and seeing the amazing waterfalls. When it comes to food, check out the local restaurants – a short drive will get you to lots of different choices. You can also get to the Rotoiti Hot Pools by boat, which is a cool way to relax. Enjoy the calm lakeside life while still being close to everything.

Getting Around:
Navigating to and from Lakefront Oasis is straightforward. You'll find free parking readily available on-site and on the street. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is the closest airport, roughly a 25-minute drive. Public transportation isn't extensive in Okere Falls, so relying on taxis or ride-sharing services is often the most convenient way to get around. Hiring a car provides flexibility to explore the scenic surroundings, including the Okere Falls Scenic Reserve and the wider Bay of Plenty. The property's secluded location offers tranquility with easy access to travel options.
