Make it a family affair and snuggle up on the couch with the Sky TV and complimentary WIFI providing the entertainment and enjoy a wood burning fireplace to help keep you warm in winter.

When it’s time to prepare a hearty breakfast or whip up a few sides to go with all your favourites hot off the BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen is ready and waiting. Enjoy sipping your favourite holiday drink long into the warm summer evening as the dishwasher takes care of the clean up.

Three bedrooms, including a spacious loft style retreat, comfortably sleep up to seven guests here at Splendour on Spencer. The master bedroom features a luxurious king size bed, and enjoys direct access to the deck. With views like these, you’ll be coming up with any excuse for a lie in! A family bathroom, with the added convenience of a separate toilet, completes the set up for your stay.

Boat owners will be pleased to know there is space to park their vessel in the driveway, and the boat ramp is just a one-minute drive away for an easy launch for your day of fun on the water! If you fancy simply cooling off with a dip, the public lake access is just a 10-minute walk from Splendour on Spencer.

If you’re looking for an adventure a bit further afield, visit the Redwoods Forest with its mountain bike trails and tree-walk in 20 minutes, and why not check out all the shops, eateries and activities of Rotorua while you’re in the neighbourhood!

All guests should take care when using the internal stairs as although they have a handrail, they do not have a barrier to prevent falls.

Guests should bring their own Nespresso compatible pods to make use of the available machine.
