A great rental

The house easily handled 7 adults and a small dog. We are an odd family and like to cook when we get together. The kitchen was fairly well stocked (although could have used a wine opener) and suited us well. The heated pool was appreciated by those from more northern climes.The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt very comfortable walking around in the evening.The owner was very easy to work with, and made the experience very stress free.

Great place for our gathering. Large and accommodating. Good location and the temperature controlled pool was a plus. It was also very nice to park the cars in the garage out of the summer sun. We'll hope to stay again next year if avaliable.

Great rental with a private pool!

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay. The home was very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean, well maintained and easy to heat to our preferred temps. Kids had a blast swimming and soaking. Check-in and -out were simple. The host was very responsive to our communication. The kitchen was partially stocked. Plenty of dishes, but not much for preparing food. I couldn't find things like a can-opener, hot pads, or measuring cups/spoons, etc. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay again.

Lovely stay in sunny Yuma

We had a lovely stay in sunny Yuma at this beautiful property. The house is very spacious and will accommodate a large group. There is a roomy garage which is great for keeping your car out of the hot sun. The house was clean and well stocked. The house is very nicely decorated, but not overly fussy. We brought our own pool towels, but this proved to be unnecessary as they have many pool towels. The pool/hot tub heater took a bit of getting used to, but it worked very well. We made use of the pool & hot tub every day. The beds were comfortable. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and felt safe. I would definitely book this for a return visit.

The only real issue was the hot tub took all day to warm up, and you can only have either the hot tub warm or pool, you cannot have both, they operate off of a tablet and the tablet was dead so that delayed things, i also emailed the owner, called and left a message and texted with no response so not sure if I sent to wrong info. We highly rate this place and would deffinitly stay again. lots of dishes, cooking items, and TV options for nigh was great. the cold water we dealt with as we are Canadians Aye, lol, so we just dealt with.

A luxury home for every season!

This property felt like home with all the amenities like an air fryer and ice maker!!! Super spacious, bright and airy with beautiful bathrooms and a garden tub! New home in nice neighborhood. The chiller on the pool was DIVINE!!! -if you live in AZ, you totally get this one :) After working all day, the hot tub was just perfect! If you stay in Vrbo‘s a lot, then you know how important working their TVs are…. even I was able to operate this one! The beds were super comfortable with plenty of comfy pillows. The host was communicative and even sent a notice offering to let us check in early once the house was ready that day (I’ve never had that happen!). You want to sit in the hot tub or take a bubble bath and relax in this luxury property if you ever find yourself in Yuma! We will be back!!! Thank you
