Fenced Back & Side Yard: Note: The yard is fenced; however please note the entry door gate is what makes this enclosed. As you can see in the pictures there are metal bars with spacing, which may allow smaller dogs to get out.

Outdoor Pool: Enjoy the sunshine and fresh air at our outdoor pool! (Please note: pool is not heated).

Supplies: We supply a starter set of essentials for your convenience: shampoo, hair conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & more.

For your safety and security, this home is equipped with exterior surveillance cameras located at the front of the property.



THINGS TO NOTE

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the house (6) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

Parking: Vehicles must be parked in the driveway, no parking on lawns, sidewalks, streets, or swales, no overnight commercial vehicles, and no trailers. Trailers can potentially receive an exemption during bike week, but management must be notified for approval.



IMPORTANT & REQUIRED: After booking you will be asked to complete guest verification through a trusted third-party provider. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

Great Stay

We rented this cozy house while waiting to close on our new house. Very clean, beds were super comfy. 2 living room areas with Tv's. Kitchen furnished with everything we needed. I loved the garden patio area, a little bit of paradise! Fully fenced for my dog. Great areas to go walking, quiet neighborhood, house is across from beautiful golf course. Close to grocery and shops! Only issue was the main living room fan was knocking so could not use it. I highly recommend and would stay there again!

Very good location . Quiet neighborhood across from a golf course , minutes from restaurants, various shopping plazas, the beach, Publix .

I want to begin by saying that I rent alot of properties off the VRBO app and have for years.. I was very disappointed with this property. It did NOT by any means look like the pictures, nor were we happy with the property to say the least. We never the welcoming email , so I reached out to the rental company several times w no response. I finally had to call them bc it was past time for our check in and the women that answered the phone was extremely rude and told me she sent it yesterday and it probably went to my junk mail and I should check there. I told her I needed for her to give me the address now..bc its past time for our check in and clearly I'm not getting her emails. We get to the property, the front of the house definitely needs work, pressure washing..I could go on. Then the pool area was a disaster..the pool had an orange tent.. we look outside a few hours later and there is a random couple in the screened in porch shocking the pool. I would have hoped that this was done prior to us checking in..and if not please notify me that you're sending someone over.. obviously we couldn't swim in the pool that evening bc it reaked of chlorine and I wasn't sure how safe it would be for my children. I also noticed several dead cockroaches on the floor..and I look on the counter top..more roaches. I send an email..it was never responded to. Also just a little fyi..if you have a pool..pool towels would be great. We didn't have enough towels or silverware. Never again

To clarify the concerns regarding check-in communication, the arrival information was sent prior to your stay to the email address provided through Vrbo. On the day of arrival, you contacted us through Vrbo messaging approximately two hours before check-in, and we responded promptly. You then called our office approximately one hour before check-in, at which time we answered immediately and resent the information to an alternate email address you provided, which was successfully received prior to arrival. The home is professionally maintained and inspected prior to each guest’s arrival. The pool receives weekly professional service as part of routine maintenance, which is standard for vacation homes in Florida and disclosed in the property information. The property is also on a regular professional pest control program. While Florida’s climate can occasionally bring outdoor pests despite preventative treatments, no concerns were noted during the pre-arrival or post-stay inspections. The home is represented accurately in the listing photos. Recent updates include a new dishwasher and refreshed window treatments in the sunroom. The front landscaping was impacted by this year’s unusual hard freeze and is currently recovering. We value guest feedback and remain committed to providing a positive experience for every guest. Perfect location

Property was exactly as advertised - no surprises! Pool area was lovely. Seamless check in/out process. Beautiful neighborhood with easy walking paths. Close access to grocery and bridge to cross over to the beach. Had a few miscellaneous questions that were answered immediately. We would definitely stay at this location again if we travel back to the area!

Perfect Family Getaway at Coral Paradise!

We had an amazing stay at Coral Paradise in Palm Coast! It was the perfect home for our family mini-getaway. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet close to stores and the beach, which made everything super convenient. My husband especially loved that the golf course was just across the street! The house itself was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend this place and look forward to returning!

An Unforgettable Stay!

We’ve just returned from a great stay at this beautiful property, and we’re already looking forward to coming back! From the moment we stepped inside, it felt like home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals, and the beds were comfortable. The management was also communicative and friendly, making it easy to get in touch with them whenever needed. The house was spotless, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect as it was close to all the local attractions but still peaceful and quiet. We felt like we got the best of both worlds. We’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but this one was by far one of our favorites. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return when we visit Palm Coast again.

Coral Paradise

Property needs outside maintenance. Rotten wood needs replacing at entrance. Fountain needs to be running or removed. Ceramic tile floors should be professionally cleaned, grout very dirty. I swept the garage myself. Managers were great, very responsive and easy to work with.
