Poolside Retreat @ Pearl, a tropical inspired oasis, tastefully furnished with modern interiors providing style and comfort.

This delightful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom hidden gem offers polished floorboards, carpeted bedrooms, stunning French doors, a relaxing poolside experience and a sun-drenched terrace designed with home entertaining in mind.

Located in Pearl Beach village, and a 5 minute stroll to the beach. Walk beside the waves to the restored rock pool. Enjoy the beach, ocean baths, tennis courts or one of the many surrounding bushwalks. Despite being so close to all the conveniences, this house feels secluded and peaceful, being surrounded by natural bushland, immensely tall gum trees and open spaces.

Master bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 also contains a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 has a double bed.

* Modern kitchen with electric cooking, new Miele dishwasher, stainless steel appliances. Breville Barista Express maker coffee machine-takes coffee beans

* Reverse cycle air-conditioning in upstairs and downstairs living areas, ceiling fans throughout
* Only 5-10 minute drive to Umina Beach, Ettalong and Woy Woy town centres
* Internal laundry with washer and dryer

All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests. STRICTLY NO parties, functions, excessive noise or additional visitors allowed. Strictly no smoking allowed. Small pets on application

Great house for a weekend getaway

The house was perfect for a getaway with 2 couples and kids. Very clean, had all the amenities you needed. Aircon upstairs was very handy to cool things down, and the fans in the downstairs bedroom did a great job. Having the pool was a great perk. Close to beach, not quite walking distance if you have young kids

Poolside at Pearl Beach

This property covered all our needs, the pool was great, and the weather held up so we got to swim everyday. The home provided spaces for us to play games, read and catch up as a family, before facing the year ahead.

Lovely summer house

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at the pool retreat. House was comfortable and the pool was great and it was away from the busyness of the beach on a long weekend. Only watch out is that the downstairs area is very damp and would be an issue in winter or for people with asthma or allergies to damp. We didn’t need to use it much but didn’t want to spend too much time down there.

Family Stay

Interior of property was not cleaned/sanitized prior to our arrival. Accom holidays cleaned property on 2 subsequent occasions to rectify issue. Also downstairs accommodation had a foul odour making for unpleasant living.

Nice place for a family

Nice spot in Pearl beach. Too far from the beach for a young family. My kids (6-14) enjoy the 10min walk to beach. House was clean and suited our purpose. Pool area setup was great and was nice to alternate between beach and pool. Kids enjoyed the having a wii on the rainy days.

Another day in paradise

The Pool House was perfectly presented and a great size for me and two friends. It was just a 10 minute stroll to shops and we had lunch at Pearl Beach Restaurant which was amazing. The only thing that surprised us was the driveway was long and didn't really have a designated carparking space so two of our cars parked out on the street, however the street is quiet with some shade. And we each drove up the driveway to drop our bags and boxes off at the bottom of the steps then backed out again. There was some renovating going on next door but the owner was friendly and very mindful that we were visitors so we didn't experience any inconvenience or excess noise. Enjoy!

Comfortable long weekend away

Great little weekender! The pool was good for cooling down after hot mornings at the beach. The kitchen has everything you need. The airconditioning downstairs was welcomed as we watched TV. Opening up the doors and windows let a breeze in upstairs but be prepared for mosquitos. All in all we enjoyed our stay.
