With direct beach access just a 25-meter stroll across the grass, Jones Waterfront Beach Escape provides uninterrupted ocean views. The well-appointed kitchen, featuring high-end appliances and clean lines, overlooks the spacious living area and leads to an all-weather deck with automated shade. Enjoy the sparkling blue horizon and the sound of waves breaking while relaxing in blissful comfort.
This thoughtfully designed home accommodates up to 15 guests, flooding the space with natural light and offering spectacular beach views from the living room, master bedroom, and back deck. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, including a fully equipped kitchen and a furnished outdoor dining area.
HOUSE RULES * Check-in: After 3:00 pm * Checkout: 10:00 am * No smoking * No parties or events *No pets allowed *To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21-year-old groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties /events of any sort.
ADDITIONAL RULES *As per the Short Term Legislation Act 2020 NSW, all guests are required to obey these rules. For extra guests/day visitors, we must be informed for liability purposes.
*To comply with local regulations, all guests are kindly asked to review and accept our booking Terms and Conditions in the Pre-arrival check-in form. For everyone’s security and peace of mind, we also require a valid ID and card details for a temporary pre-authorisation, which is held as a security deposit for the duration of your stay.
*This strictly is a no-party property. We do not allow parties/events of any sort. The maximum amount of guests allowed to sleep in this property is FIFTEEN people, however, we do allow day visitors of up to SEVEN people. No more than a maximum of TWENTY-TWO people are allowed in the property at any given time.
*Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
*This home is a strictly no-smoking property. If any of our cleaners find any form of cigarette ash, butts or smell cigarettes in the apartment, we could issue a $500 fine.
*This is a domestic residence and we love our neighbours. We do not allow loitering or loud noise outside of the premises or inside of the premises. We ask for minimal noise especially after 9 pm.
*STRA Rules - By booking this home you automatically agree to all the STRA terms and conditions that are applicable to guests. You also agree that if you do break any of the house rules you will be asked to leave and no refund of the unused nightly rates will be returned.
*Check-in/Check-out - We cannot stress enough the importance of checking out on time. Our regular check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before to 10 am. If you wish to have an earlier check-in or later check-out, please reach out to us first. Please note, there may be a charge.
*Changing of Dates Terms & Conditions - Requests to change booking dates may only be accommodated if check-in is more than 1 month away. - This is subject to approval and we reserve the right to decline any requests. - Please note that there may be a surcharge to change the dates. - Any changes to bookings are subject to approval and we ask all guests to reach out to us first.
THINGS TO KNOW * Checkin details will be sent either the night before checking in, or the morning of check-in for security reasons.
* We only provide 1 set of keys for each stay. We do not have extra sets.
*If you are in need of beach towels for your stay, we can provide them to you for a fee of $20 per towel. Just let us know how many towels you will be needing and we can get this organised before your stay!

Best Location
This property was absolutely amazing. 10/10 for location . Close top beach and kids playground. Our family of 9 had the best holiday. Plenty of room for us all. Would highly recommend this property to anyone especially large families

Fantastic location!!Ideal for families with children. Playground is close . Verandah is not private but thats the price you pay for the closeness of the beach & playground.Kitchen is well equipped to handle several people cooking at any one time.Very clean and a pleasure to stay.Thankyou for such a fabulous weekend.

Fantastic House
There were 10 of us for a girls weekend away and it was perfect!! So close to the beach, amazing bedroom setup and plenty of space to spread out so we all weren’t on top of each other. Also easy walk to Kiama and great coffee near by. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great location &house,just needs some gardening (weeds growing around the property,back lawn needs mowing).
Lots of bird droppings on back deck in corner on glass door.
Bathroom near kitchen has a difficult to use shower
