Welcome to your home in the mountains!

You will find everything you need to call this your home away from home. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, central AC for those hot summer nights, secure attached heated one car garage for your mountain toys, private patio with dining for 6 people, gas weber genesis BBQ and phantom screen door. 10 minutes stroll to the heart of down town Canmore; coffee shops, groceries and restaurants are located just blocks away.

Modern 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with 2 parking spots.

Includes:
- Attached heated single car garage + outdoor parking stall (*garage is best suited for cars and mid size SUVs).
- Central air conditioning.
- TV and complimentary wireless internet.
- Open concept main floor. The living space flows towards an incredible balcony with outstanding mountain views. Includes a Weber Genesis GAS BBQ and 6 person dining table. Half bath on this floor.
- Upstairs has 2 bedrooms each with there own ensuite bathroom and black out blinds. The first bedroom has 1 queen bed with a ceiling fan and glass shower. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds (*queen on top of queen bunk bed) and shower/bathtub.

Child gates installed at the top and bottom of each stair case (*please note the queen on top of queen bunk bed is adult height - top bunk not suitable for small children).

New walking trail along Bow Valley Trail for ease of walking, running, biking into town.

Stunning mountain views of the Bow Valley include the iconic Three Sisters Peaks, Rundle Mountain, Mount Lady Macdonald, Grotto Mountain and Bald Eagle Peak. Business License Number RES-10804.

Great location and accommodation

This property was amazing. It had all the amenities that you would typically expect and more. The kitchen had everything we needed, without being cluttered. Pantry space was left clear for us to use. There was parking for two cars, including a garage. The bunk bed in the second bedroom is larger than a twin and was very comfortable for our older kids (teens). Extra provisions were well stocked, including shampoo, hand soap, dishwasher cubes, and laundry detergent - once again exceeding expectations. As for location, it is within walking distance of the grocery store, bakery, coffee shops and the recreation facility. We would definitely stay again.

Minor issues, but overall great stay

Overall, it was a great stay. The location is super central and close to everything, two parking spots are great, and it was perfect for 4 adults. The outdoor patio and grill are fantastic for a delicious bbq and great view. The place is 3 stories (garage on first level, kitchen and living room on second, bedrooms on third), so keep that in mind if you have any mobility issues. The dishwasher and washing machine was an awesome bonus. Place was very clean, modern, and pretty well stocked. There were minor issues, like some of the toilet seats sliding a little off center when you sit on them (I am 125 lb, so not very large for reference.) The blinds in the master would not close all the way and one side of the strings was not usable/broken so the blackout function of it wasn’t really a true blackout. It was only a few inches of light from the window. I attempted to take a bath since there is a tub, but the hot water ran out about 1/4 of the tub full, so I was unable to. The thermostat kept going back down on its own when we turned it up, so we were constantly chilly.
