The property is fully furnished, however you will need to supply your own linen, towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.). - Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.
Additional Information: Pet-Friendly: Yes, this property is pet friendly for a maximum of 2 outdoor only dogs, however, please complete your own due diligence for your fencing requirements. Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates. Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

Was a beautiful place to stay! The only thing that was a problem was the stairs for my elderly mum, if she could have slept downstairs it would have been a great option, something we would take into consideration next time. Otherwise fantastic holiday.

NICE RELAXING BREAK
Stayed here for 3 nights in February , perfect spot few steps to the beach .Big back yard great for our fur baby and importantly the house was lovely and clean!!! Happy to stay again

Had a great break at Woodgate Beach and stayed at a holiday rental home at 103 The Esplande. The home is aged, but is in a very good condition. It was clean and comfortable. The hot water system appears to be new and supplied piping hot water to the shower and kitchen sink. The bathroom vanity had a slight leak during our stay and soiled laundry clothes place in the cupboard became sodden after a few days - which was not a problem as they were washed in The Laundry that was equipped with modern washing machine. Very small ants were encountered in the Kitchen and were very evident not only around, but in the dishwasher. A flat screen TV was provided for viewing, but like all free to Air services, it wasn't worth watching. A small portable DVD and a few DVD's were also provided. Watching a DVD became impossible with the DVD player freezing some 30 minutes into the movie, so went back to playing various card games.The property is directly opposite the beach and the bike/pedestrian path made it easy to comfortably travel from one end of the town to the other. The Pub has had a face lift and looks great. The service and food there was great with the pub having a trivia night each time we visited. A short drive to Childers was had and a couple of hours vanished while visiting the old Pharmacy. An overall pleasant stay and I would, based on our experience, rent this property again.
