Luxury rainforest retreat on Mt Tamborine only few minutes from shops

Perfect place to relax and unwind with family and friends. Your own rainforest setting with spectacular views from a large northerly aspect wrap around deck. Set at one end of a 5 hectare boutique rainforest retreat, the House is totally self-sufficient and has its own grounds, but guests are also welcome to enjoy the renowned fine dining restaurant and other facilities of the entire retreat. Extremely quiet and private, but only 1-2 minutes drive away from the cafes, shops and restaurants on Main Street including a large IGA. Newly renovated throughout with top quality finishes and decor. The House is very spacious with open design kitchen, dining and lounge areas all with rainforest views and access to the deck. It has an indoor log fireplace, complimentary wood, warm throw rugs and more.

Lovely drive to the Pethers House, had couple of days stay, some milk, wine and chocolate waiting for us . Perfect stay for 8 of us. Did the skywalk, glow worm cave, sunset lookout and winery. Communication on what was open around us was great as their restaurant is only open Thursday-Saturday. Easy to find and all the local shops and restaurants.

Pethers Tambourine Mt

The house was beautiful and very spacious. It was clean and the beds were all very comfy. The grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed watching the wildlife come and go. Outdoor seating was a picnic table and a small table with two chairs. The kitchen had basics for what we needed for a few days but coffee maker did not work. The windows were tricky and did not all work properly. Overalll comfortably furnished with amazing views perched on the edge of the rainforest. Very private. Luggage racks and or shelves in the bedroom would be helpful. Would definitely come back.

Weekend away with family from the UK

Overall, very happy with the stay, House was good, yet one bedroom door was a bit sticky and wouldn't shut properly. House was very clean and plenty of space with great amenities. Near new appliances and you could see it had been refurbished. Plenty of towels and the freezer even had a full bucket of ice which went down a treat with the wine, thank you for that. Fridge can supplied with chocolate, sparkling wine and milk and there was a 10ltr water bottle as well. Free Wi-Fi and the very large TV had Net flicks. Would highly recommend to anyone and we will look to stay again in the near future. Location wise, could not have asked for a better spot close to everything and only minutes to shops and restaurants plus some great wineries. The back garden had an array of wildlife to watch while having our morning coffee and toast. Overall, very impressed and would highly recommend. Regards The Robinson's
