Super cute cabin with stunning views and a peaceful setting full of wildlife - wallabies, bush turkey and lots of birds. A little tricky to find down a steep driveway but worth it. Recommend for couples.
We had a wonderful long weekend at Amy's Aetos cabins on the south side of Tamborine Mountain. It was myself, my wife and my 87 year old Mum, visiting from Adelaide. The cabin is tucked away at the end of a fairly steep hillslope but perfectly easy drive, park then walk into. The cabin was small but perfectly sized for the three of us, with two nice bedrooms, simply and tastefully furnished and fitted out. We decided to stay in for a home cooked dinner together on Saturday night. The most special feature is the amazing view - completely uninterrupted across the Gold Coast - north well up to Redlands and south all the way to Coolangatta. Incredible. Our host Amy was great to communicate with - always friendly, helpful and informative. Faultless. We would definitely book again for a relaxing escape from the Gold Coast, perhaps in winter time when we can stoke up the log fire. Thank you, Bob, Currumbin
