Summary:

Enjoy staying in the heart of the 8th arrondissement with this elegant 2-bedroom apartment located on the 4th floor of a secure residential building (with an elevator). Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.



The Space:

Welcome to this elegant 54 m² 2-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Chateaubriand in the heart of the 8th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.



Bedroom 1: queen bed, Living room: Queen sofa bed. There are two half bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a toilet and sink.



The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs.



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, drip coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has gas heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book



Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. Please note that any late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!



Check-out: By 10:00 AM.



Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.



Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.



Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.



Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.



Guest Access:

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.



The Neighborhood:

The 8th arrondissement is one of Paris’s grandest addresses, home to the Champs-Élysées, the Arc de Triomphe, and some of the city’s finest hotels, restaurants, and boutiques. The neighbourhood has a business-meets-elegance feel — the streets are broad and majestic, and the area is immaculately maintained. Parc Monceau is a lovely green escape nearby, and excellent metro connections make the rest of the city easily accessible.

Other Things to Note:

Wi-Fi may occasionally be affected by area-wide connectivity issues. Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

You will have the property all to yourself during your stay. We are available by email phone should you require assistance during your stay.

We had an amazing stay and it was the perfect location for my family. The apartment was clean and exactly as described. Communication with the host was prompt and easy throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again.

The elevator is tiny ( barely fits two people). The Apartment key pick up and drop off is in a separate location requiring specific trips and transportation it maybe somewhat inconvenient. Make certain you have internet when you arrive and access the rental website (otherwise you may want to write down key pick up procedure, pick up address, codes and, the main building door entry code). The place is nice overall and the location is excellent. Close to restaurants and shops. The online staff is very helpful and very quick to respond and answer questions. Thank you!

Very clean and modern. But no air…During the heat wave!!! And they couldn’t send another fan.Getting the keys was an ordeal…the workers at the grocery store didn’t know about the key box. A good location…just blocks from the Arc de Triomphe and the métro.

The flat is charming and incredibly comfortable, with everything thoughtfully arranged in a compact yet functional layout. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering more than enough cups, cutlery, and utensils. The LOCATION is unbeatable, and the price is very reasonable for what you get. I would absolutely love to return in the summer!

Like everything else in Europe, everything is very tiny. I have no clue why the main bathroom lacks a toilet - it was clearly there at some point, and removed in lieu of a very large bathroom sink. Host was very responsive to minor inconvenience, and was very reasonable with adjustment.The one thing I will note, is that keys pick up is extremely inconvenient - at least a good 10-12 minute walk to the locker. If you have a few suitcases with you, it’s extremely painful to deal with.

The property manager/host incorrectly informed me the apartment had 2 full bathrooms when it only had 1 shower and 1 toilet in 2 different rooms.Even though it may have been an honest mistake, when I asked them to relocate me to another apartment with 2 full bathrooms or to let me leave they stalled for a day and finally denied it.The property was in very poor condition (damaged walls, blinds and kitchen cabinets).It appears this was a very nice apartment that is now in very bad shape due to very poor maintenance.They still have not returned my security deposit (I left more than 2 weeks ago).Not only that, but we had to pick up and return keys from a locker 10 blocks away from property. Very inconvenient.Lastly, this is not a place where you can stay in the summer. The apartment was an oven and there were no means of ventilation.Even though property manager/host promised that we would have at least 2 fans (and hopefully more), there was only 1 tiny fan (desk size) in the master bedroom.Overall, our experience was horrible.Do not recommend this property to anyone.

Location is great, feels safe and close to many nice bistros and convenience stores.Communications responded immediately by chatbot with resolution pending on actual person that is delayed. Especially after check out, no respond from the host. An inspection report on damages in property is promised to complete the check out process is never delivered. Damage deposit is also not returned yet 14 days after check out.Apartment key is picked up in a different location that requires 7 minutes walk. It is a cumbersome process when arriving with several large luggages and the rain is pouring down. The property is not in great condition when we arrived. There is still things left behind from previous tenant(s). The potatoes and onions left in kitchen cabinet has gone rotten. Mold in washing machine and shower area.Problems reported to host and taken care of the next day but mold stain is still in washing machine so it was never use during the stay.It should be noted the apartment is not equipped to dry laundries, there is no dryer, no drying rack, no place to hang other than in the clothes cabinet.On those unusual warm days in Paris, there is one small table fan supplied. The fan is not tested during our stay because it is cool and heater operation has been shut off for the season in mid May.For the location and value, this property is great for short stay. VRBO cannot mediate issues because payments are handled by third party.

What disappointed me the most is that it felt like your priority was protecting your own interests rather than taking care of your guests. Even your own host acknowledged that you came up short, yet there was no real empathy, no meaningful effort to make things right, and not even a small gesture of goodwill. At this point, it's not about a refund or a discount—it's about acknowledging that the level of service fell well below what was promised and showing that you genuinely care about your guests' experience.
