just one block from the beach with 24-hr security, a large sunny pool, lush gardens, extensive common areas close to Los Muertos Beach & Malecon. Spacious living space & master suite, a floor-to-ceiling built-in closet, and a large bathroom. Open concept, inviting floor plan with a large balcony to enjoy the outdoors. Steps to best restaurants, shopping, gym, and nightlife options.
Unit 206 is located on the second floor, two flights above the lobby, and is accessible by elevator or stairs.
High-Speed Fiber Optic WIFI connection of up to 300 Mbps.
The added TV service in the living room includes access to hundreds of live TV channels, both foreign and domestic, streaming services, and movies and TV programs.
Emergency flashlight, lantern & battery bank are located in the bedroom closet.

GREAT STAY

Apt was clean, and central to downtown. I used the gym downstairs (which is the nicest in the area) daily, and walked to the local OXXO for fruits, drinks, etc. I went to rest and relax that weekend, and it was a quiet, and relaxing apartment. Felt safe my entire stay. Will stay here again.

Comfortable, Clean, Convenient = A Wonderful Trip

We just finished a five night stay at the property and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have visited Puerto Vallarta before and the location in the Zona Romantica can’t be beat. You are within walking distance to so many restaurants, bars, beaches, and nightlife. The condo was very clean and comfortable and helped us to relax and refresh each night. The on property pool was also a wonderful amenity to have. The entire experience from booking to check-in to departure was efficient and a breeze. The owners as well as the management of the condo and the building made us feel welcome and we will certainly look to stay here again on our next trip.

Excellent stay

We had a great stay! The apartment literally has everything you need, and everything is of a really high standard. The apartment is spotlessly clean and spacious - the shower is huge! The grounds and pool area are beautifully well kept - the pool is quiet and heated. All the staff at Rivera Molina are super friendly and helpful. Location is excellent - you are literally two blocks from the beach, with the Malecon a couple of minutes away. Communication with the hosts and the property manager was quick and easy. I highly recommend Elias & Gil’s apartment.

Absolutely Great Stay

This is a wonderful condo situated in a great area, a two minute walk to The Malecón and a few short blocks to the bustling Basilio Badillo. The condo is spacious, bright and airy with a relaxing lounger and first class amenities. The bedroom is large with a comfortable bed , plenty of closet space and plenty of hangars. Lots of towels, facecloths, soap and coffee!! The condo has everything Many thanks to Gil for his quick responses and looking after us so well. Hopefully we’ll have the opportunity to come back again.

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay and Elias and Gil's condo. Such an perfect location to walk to dozens of different restaurants. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and things we didn't even know we needed. The bed was very comfortable with lots of great pillows and the shower was amazing. The Wi-Fi was very reliable (I work remotely) but if it had not been the condo building has its own you can tap into if needed. We didn't need that though. We will be back!!

We really love this place, it is a very clean and spacious condo perfect for a couple or like the 3 of us. Spacious Room and updated kitchen and living room. My wife, I and my son enjoy this place because the Building has his own large pool, very clean and just a few steps to reataurants, the beach and the Malecon. Thank you. We deifinitly we are coming back.

Fantastic stay with awesome hosts

This was our first VRBO booking celebrating 25 years together. It could not have gone better. Gil was in contact with us throughtout the booking, stay, and checkout in the most helpful and unobtrusive way. The condo location is ideal. Two blocks from everything and a block to the beach. Its fun to sit on the balcony and watch the city wake up and then again at night when it goes to sleep. All of the conveniences are present. The shower is a highlight. Super comfortable bed gives a great night of sleep. We cant wait to be guests again.

I have stayed at a lot of different properties in PV ! This place is fantastic! Great location to everything! The Condo is supplied with everything you need ! Furniture very comfortable, place was immaculate! Communication with Owner was so easy ! The Pool and the garden area is beautiful! Very relaxing after a day out ! Staff at the front desk were very welcoming and quite professional! Juan Carlos was a “ joy “ to work with ! I have found my new favorite place in the Romantic Zone in PV ! Patricia

Rivera Molina Romantica Zone

We spent 10 days in this Wonderfully Appointed 1 Bedroom 1Bath Condo. From Booking to Check Out, We received Excellent Communication and Service. Gil, our Host and Juan Carlos were there Every Step of the Way to Ensure We had a Wonderful Holiday. The condo was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated and had all you needed for preparing your own meals! It is in a great location to restaurants and within a few blocks walking distance to enjoy Puerto Vallarta's Vibrant Night Life! The heated salt water pool allowed for daytime lounging and working on your tan! We are certainly looking forward to our return to Gil's condo!

Ward Vacation

Overall this property was fantastic. It was in a great location, just a couple of blocks from the beach and had great access to numerous options for dining. The condo had everything you would need including some beach chairs, which came in very handy. If you are looking for some adventures the bus service around the condo was excellent and it was a short trip to La Comer for food and also great access to get to any of the local beaches. As we travelled at the end of August the only item that would have been nice would have either been a small patio umbrella or a fan as the patio could get quite hot if you wanted to sit outside to enjoy a beverage and read a book. We definitely would rent this condo again!

Great condo in a great location

The photos on VRBO don’t really do this condo justice; we thought it was much nicer. It was very clean and comfortable with nice furnishings, and the kitchen had quality appliances, dinnerware and glassware. We did not use the stove or the washer/dryer, but those were high quality as well. The location is on a busy street, so there can be some noise at busy times, but we enjoyed the hustle and bustle, and the location couldn’t be more convenient. Many of our favorite restaurants are nearby, and we enjoyed discovering Seasons, a restaurant conveniently located on the plaza in front of the building - great food and prices. We highly recommend it!

Rivera Molino excellent condo!

The first thing we always look for in a great vacation is a great location. This condo is easy access on the second floor with elevator. Great staff, clean grounds and awesome pool. The building next door blocks the sun from the pool late in the day which is a minor thing. A block from the beach and right in the center of the Malecon walk make it a great location. Tons of great restaurants and shops right out the door. The local farmers market is about 10 minutes walk for fresh produce, seafood and meats. The owner and property manager were always ready to respond to any of our needs. The condo has a great layout and is spacious. The balcony is great for dining and people watching. Nice and quiet at night with no problems sleeping. Comfy new bed. All in all a great place and we will return. Ted & Laurie Kuzemski

Excellent in every way!

My friend and I loved our stay at Emiliano Zapata! The description and pictures were accurate. Beautiful home with all the needed kitchen supplies you could want to cook. The beautiful large shower had great water pressure and got very hot. The air conditioners worked great! The king bed was comfortable and big enough for us two friends to share with plenty of space. It was great to have a blow dryer and a full washer and dryer! The condo has great front desk staff that were friendly and helpful. Juan Carlos the manager as well as the owners Gil and Elias were easy to contact and were very accommodating and communicated in a timely manner. The location was perfect! Right down the beach from the Malecon. Easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see including the beach, flea market shopping, the Chocolate museum where we took a cooking class and lots of delicious restaurants. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our long awaited vacation and our first time in Peurto Vallarta. We definitely will want to stay again the next time we come! Highly recommend!

Wonderful condo in the Romantic Zone

We stayed in this condo for spring break 2022. The condo is exactly as shown although I would say it is actually more spacious than the pictures show. The location is excellent. Just a quick walk to the malecon or down to the beach with a beautiful view of the hills. The pool is a good size and we always found it quiet and had no problems finding a chair. Water, coffee and tea were generously provided as well as supplies to do laundry and shower. We found the owner wonderful to deal with and would highly recommend staying here.
