The property is in a Mexican neighborhood and Mexicans celebrate New Year till 7 days after our dogs got afraid about the fire crackers and the bark, usually they don’t bark just if they hear something unusual. Please also consider the rate for a penthouse with a big pooftop and private pool for a low rate. We have another property close to the beach in tourist area what you can book via VRBO, but cost more than the double and the pool is shared. Also other owners have dogs they are afraid about the fire crackers and bark and babies crying. In our ad is written that the property is in a Mexican neighborhood. Here my answers: Dear Stacey, Again it is logic that the pool heating fee is per day. It is impossible to heat a pool for a week for 25 US. Here my message when you ask for heating the pool to Javier: Please answer her we will put the heater on later when you are home and the charge is 25 US per day… Dear Stacey, I implying nothing, but now I don’t like your tone, it is insulting! When you arrived I put in the guest information folder my phone and e-mail, I also told the heating of the pool is 25 US per day. You told me you think about it. We said nothing when you had your loud pool party with strangers the was not registered or when windows and the sliding door was open and you had the TV on full power. Even our other renter took it easy, also a non smoker. We are easy going and want that our guest have fun, so we don’t care about loud music or TV. Sorry in all the time we rent, we never had someone who tried deny the payment for the pool heating and so demanding like you.Sorry, but I don’t want go on with this blames.Everything is said and laid out. “The guest is the king, as long he behaves like one” Try to be happy and law at loud as you want, like you did on the terrace, we liked this part of you much more.
