****VERY IMPORTANT- EXTERIOR BUILDING CONSTRUCTION WILL BE ONGOING MID MARCH 2025-DECEMBER 2025- THERE WILL BE SOME NOISE, EQUIPMENT ON SITE, DEBRIS, AND DUST THROUGHOUT THIS PROCESS. WORKING HOURS ARE 8:30 AM TO 5:30 PM MONDAY-FRIDAY WITH NO WORK ON THE WEEKENDS. THE PRICE HAS BEEN DISCOUNTED TO REFLECT THIS.

The unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and has a magnificent 3rd floor view of the Atlantic Ocean. Recent renovations freshen the large comfortable living area. The newly remodeled kitchen opens into the living room. All rooms have recently been painted. The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV as well as a private refreshed bath and closet space. The first guest room has a queen and a twin bed, while the second guest room has a full and twin bed. All linens in this unit are part of an off-site sterilization program. There is a new washer and dryer, stove-top, microwave and refrigerator in the unit for your convenience. The expansive private balcony has four chairs and a dining table so you can enjoy your meals watching and listening to the surf roll in, or enjoy the rocking chairs on balcony as the sunlight turns to stars and you relax enjoying the ocean's evening breeze. For quiet evenings inside you can enjoy the new 55” television, or keep in touch with friends or stream with secure wi-fi.

Occupants have full access and use of the island's only private 1,000 ft pier to enjoy some fishing or a relaxing stroll, or lounge by the large swimming pool overlooking the beach. This property also offers two tennis courts and a wonderful outdoor dining and grilling area with a beautiful views! Amelia by the Sea is a gated complex with open parking for 2 vehicles per unit. This luxury beach condo is centrally located to everything on the island. Restaurants, grocery stores, and shops are all within walking distance or a short drive .

Beautiful getaway

Beautiful property with lots of things to do. Fishing, swimming, finding shells. Close by restaurant with live music and fun atmosphere. Definitely will be back

Just Fabulous

We had an amazing time and having direct access to the beach made it even better! Walks on the beach, sunrise, convenient location. The property managers were attentive and went above and beyond for us. Constant communication made us feel valued. Thank you!!

It's the view

Beautiful view of the ocean. Perfect for kids as the pool is large and the beach is steps away and walkable. Loved the pier to be able to sit and see the waves roll onto the shore. Master bedroom quite large, other two sufficient.

Amazing location

We had a really lovely time at this condo! The condo was spacious, clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The property is well kept and pool, fishing pier, and tennis courts were immaculate. It is an older property but the view from the living room cannot be beat. We hope to come back!

Great Location

Amelia by the Sea is the only condo with a fishing pier at the property. I am always excited to meet new friends and see some of the folks I've known from prior visits. I just love the place and would stay year-round if I could afford it!

Overall great couldn’t ask for a better location. Was disappointed on Friday night the smoking on the balconies was ridiculous especially the pot that was being smoked. The rules make it clear no smoking on balconies yet it’s not enforced.

Memorial Weekend Gataway

We were absolutely thrilled with the entire package for our Memorial Weekend Getaway. My husband and I, our son, his wife and three kids ages 13,5,18 Mos. were well accommodated in this facility. It was clean and well stocked, and the pool and beach access were top notch for our group. The rental company were very attentive, and all arrangements were well organized and communicated. Our five-year-old wouldn't get out of the pool until we promised to go back again!

Beautiful oceafront location to enjoy the beach and the sunrise. The bathroom drains need to be fixed, and the dishwasher to be updated.

Great!

This place was very pretty and clean and practical. I appreciated the dishwasher soap. Check it was easy. Communication with the renting company was pleasant and appropriate. Only recommendation is to have higher quality toilet paper… cleaning my child’s bottom was a challenge. Would stay here again!

Thanksgiving Getaway 2023

The condo was perfect for meeting our needs. We loved it! Beautiful view, very roomy,, and accommodating. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises. However, the property itself needs to update or provide adequate outside lighting. Several lights were out on the walkways, corners, near the elevators and steps going to and from the parking lot and going to and from the beach.

Best view!

We loved everything about the condo! From catching all kinds of fish and even a couple of sharks on the pier, to enjoyed the beach, and eating and biking all around Amelia Island (especially downtown), everything was ideal. But the view straight out the pier from the kitchen area made cooking and eating in one of my favorite parts of the trip! The rental company was easy to work with which made checkin/out a breeze. Such a great week! Thank you!!

Girls getaway

We loved the condo. Easy access to the beach & pol. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Checkin was a little confusing. Not real clear where we were suppose to get the gate keys from. It would have been much clearer if the instructions would have said they were in the condo. (instead of the "property". Several ppl checking in when we were said they sh/be in one of the lockboxes. We finally figured it out but it took awhile. Other than that we had a great time.

Fun at the beach!!!

We all had a great time in the condo, on the beach and in the pool. It would have been nice if we had been able to get in the condo earlier then 4 especially since it was done being cleaned. Also we thought it was interesting that all your emails said your office was open on Saturdays , when we tried on that Saturday it was always a recorded message. The maintenance company you have was wonderful. He took care of the issues we had and even was able to get a new dishwasher for the unit. It was a fun week!!!!

It was just … ok

It’s my fault for not reading the fine print. We had 3 bedrooms. Only one had a tv. When it’s raining. Or just older. Not having one in all bedrooms was a big deal. The refrigerator would only get a drink barely cool. But ice fixed that. Last bad thing. Balcony was junky. It wasn’t useable. Other than these things, the condo was adequate and provided us a place to sleep.

Awesome views and huge balcony

Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The place was exactly as pictured and the views even better than anticipated. The kitchen was adequate for simple cooking needs but could have used a spice rack and sharpened knives. We cooked all our catch from Speckled Sea Trout to Whiting. Used the charcoal grilles in the commons area and really enjoyed fishing from the pier most every day. Even caught a three foot shark and of course let it go. So many species of fish to be caught, but other units we have stayed at ABTS had some fishing gear available as an amenity. This unit does not, so we bought our own at the local bait shop. The pool was directly below the balcony on this unit so it was more noisy than units on the ends at times, but otherwise peaceful. There are only 2 beach towels so bring more if in a bigger group, but to be honest we never needed one, as we spent lots of time in the ocean, but dried off before coming in. There are two boogie boards and a cool beach kite in the closet as well as a beach chair or two with umbrella. All in all, a great 9 day stay!
