Our stay was wonderful. The condo was very clean with nice furniture and decor. The pool and other amenities were great. The beach was accessible and private. We enjoyed the deck and view of the ocean, we enjoyed sitting out there in the evening. Our dog enjoyed the deck immensely. She loved watching the people walking by. We would stay there again next year and the year after that.

Communication with the host before, during and after our stay was excellent.With three kids 6 years and younger we couldn’t beat the ease of the access on and off the beach. We were not oceanfront, but we were ocean view which was very enjoyable while eating breakfast or in the evening reading a book. Constructive criticism would include the host reconsidering the cleaning service used for the condo. It would be hard to convince me that anyone cleaned between stays other than to drop off clean linens.

Beach trip

Our stay was great. We had no issues with the property and it was right on the beach. Would definitely recommend for a small family or small group of friends

The view wasn’t ocean front like we thought and the house had stairs inside which wasn’t in the comm

The location and views from this property were fantastic. The layout was nice, would include in the description that this is 2 floors and the kid's bedroom is on the upper floor along with the main living space and the 2 main bedrooms on the bottom floor. Our biggest issues was the cleanliness of the condo. We did get there right at checkin and the 3 cleaners were still there. Floors weren't swept, there was a lot of hair all over the master bedroom, and most of the hard surfaces had to be wiped down when we started putting stuff away for the week. Everything did work as it should. Overall, we'd stay again but would make sure it was actually clean before bringing everything in.

Not Grand, but not Awful...

There were definitely some pros and cons about this place. The location is great, easy to get to the water, get around town and the view was great. I liked that it was 2 floors and 3 bathrooms, especially since there were 8 of us. Somethings that we didn't care for was the place did not seemed to be cleaned properly. There was food residue left on the cabinets, refrigerator and counters. There were beer cans left out back, coffee stains on the living room tables, sand all over the living room furniture. So of course we couldn't trust if even the comforters were cleaned so we washed them ourselves. When we called they wanted us to send them pictures of our rags we used to clean everything, which i thought was bizarre. They offered to send someone over to reclean, however all 8 people are in the condo with luggage everywhere, so we cleaned it ourselves. The microwave did not work and the bunkbed room does NOT have AC- only a fan- there was also 2 dead cockroaches in the unit. I think it would be nice to put in a doorbell, because with the main living area being upstairs you will not hear anyone knock on the door. The kitchen is extremely small you have enough space to open the refrigerator door, it didn't look that tight, but it is- The real issue for us in the kitchen was every cabinet was filled with kitchen appliances/plates/cups- i feel like there should have been one cabinet kept available for food. So we had to pile everything on the counters. Overall- it wasOK- Good view

Great location

It was right on the beach. The walkway to the beach was obstructed and hard to go on. Was a little disappointed that the hottub was closed and they didn't tell us that. Still was a nice stay overall
