Summary:
WOW! Getaway at this one of a kind lakehouse. Just a few rows down from the lake and right next to the public boatramp. Not only is the home nearby all the fun on the lake but you’ll be nearby everything the city of Lago has to offer. The home itself is designed with a fun & high end finish. You won’t see a home like this anywhere else. The kitchen and living space is open and communal. The game room is a fabulous way to enjoy your stay and the outside area and pool is the real star of the home.

The Space:
. The exterior of the home is on a large, private lot with an incredible backyard space, only a few rows from the water
. Lake access is at Arkansas Bend Park and a fee may apply if you choose to drop a boat in the water
. The common areas, living/dining, are extremely open and communal with plenty of seating
. The kitchen and bathrooms are well updated and fully equipped with every luxury you need
. Each bedroom is resort style and extremely comfortable with plenty of storage and soft linens
. Awesome pool with an incredible outdoor area!

Guest Access:
You will have access to the entire home. We are close by if you need anything at all.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is mostly secluded and right next to the water. There are neighbors but there is space between homes.

★ 7 minutes away from Lago Bistro

Getting Around:
It's easy to travel around town, whether you're on foot, by bike or car.

Other Things to Note:
Please recognize that we do have quiet hours after 10 PM. If noise goes above a certain level we will get a fine by the city which is charged back to our guests if this occurs. This does not mean you can’t get be enjoying yourself after these hours but no loud music or excessive noise is permitted.

Avoid!!!

Property not as advertised, absolutely filthy. Stained furniture, stained bedding, stained rugs. Pool table unusable, broken pool cues, covered in divots. Communication with property owner non existent. Yard littered with liquor bottles and trash.

SO MANY PROBLEMS ITS FUNNY

I've never left a review in my life, but this one is a must! Luckily we had an amazing group of friends, but this issues overall were comical. Here is a list of all the issues we had with this home. 1. When we were about an hour from check-in we were told there was an issue with the A/C. This issue was never really fixed during our stay. We looked at the a/c filters that were COVERED in dust, and removed them in hopes this would help. It did slightly. 2. Since the house was hot, we wanted to turn on the fan in the bedroom. The fan blades were covered in 1/4" of dust. 3. The dishwasher was broken. 4. Since we had to hand wash dishes, one morning I hear a crash and my wife yell an expletive. While washing the dishes in the sink, and having it full of water. The sink completely dropped out of place and into the cabinet, leaving a huge mess to clean. 5. This shows a pool table in the pictures that looks nice. It would be nice to play pool, but every stick was broken. 6. The considered 5th bedroom is actually the game room. If the guests in that room want to sleep, the game room was off limits. The management company said they would at the very least refund us a day of our stay. After communicating a couple of times, this never happened.

Wonderful stay for our family holiday gathering

Lodge Acres was perfect for our large family gathering over the Christmas holidays. The open kitchen/living area was comfortable and provided plenty of space for hanging out. Both adults and kids enjoyed the game room and the extra big hot tub was a big hit with everyone. Blake was a great host and always very responsive whenever we had any questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lago vista stay

We had such a great time. We would definitely want to stay again at this house. The host communicated with us through out are stay. The house had every thing we needed and the pool was amazing.
