Great house for girl's weekend

We booked this place for a group of five for a relaxing girl's weekend and it was perfect. All of the rooms are of similar quality, so there's none of that awkward jostling to get the super fancy master suite or the kind of sad room with the two twin beds. The house is well set up for hanging out, with numerous seating areas, a nice collection of pool floaties, a great hot-tub, little grassy area (and provided gear) for croquet and badminton. It also has a very well-stocked kitchen with tons of dishes/glassware/pots & pans, plus some staples like olive oil, salt/pepper, apple cider vinegar. There were a couple of maintenance things during our stay that I hope are being addressed: the master shower had clearly had one of it's glass doors break fairly recently, there was still a little broken glass and a hastily assembled shower curtain arrangement that kept falling down. I assume that happened right before our stay and is hopefully fixed soon. We also noticed that the firepit (which we couldn't figure out how to use, but that might just be us.) didn't have the tempered glass typically used, but rather sharp broken glass, some of which was on the ground. (The broken shower door, perhaps?) Neither of these were a huge problem, but they should be looked at. Otherwise, it's a wonderful property. We spent a lot of our weekend just lounging and it was so relaxing gazing at the mountains in the sunshine. It is really easy to get to Palm Canyon Drive for restaurants/shopping and there's a really convenient Alberstons nearby.

Hi Michelle, Thank you for your review and helpful feedback! We’re so happy to hear that you had a great stay with us. Please know that the homeowners are aware of the broken shower door and are currently working on having it replaced. Our local Field Operations Team will also check the area around the firepit and make sure any glass found on the ground is cleaned up. Next time you stay with us, remember our 24/7 guest hotline is always available to call with any issues that may come up. We want to make sure you’re as comfortable as you can be during your stay. We can’t wait to have you stay with us again! -The TurnKey VR Team

Girl Cousin Reunion

We went to celebrate a cousins retirement. We are all very close and had the most wonderful time. We are all over 65yrs old and comfort is an absolute must. We were not disappointed. Accommodations were fantastic and the beds were all comfy. Pool was great and heating it was great. We are planning on going back in June to celebrate another retirement. Found great places to eat and shop.

Wonderful Property

This house was amazing. I don’t think I have one negative thing to say. Kitchen was more than stocked with the essentials. Beds were comfy. Plenty of seating for a party of 8. We spent a lot of of time hanging by the pool. I guess if I had to say anything negative would be the noise ordinance is pretty strict. But that’s not the owners fault. If we want to be able to rent in Palm Springs we have to follow the rules. Great house and location.

We are very glad that you loved the property and hope you visit again. As you mention, the City of Palm Springs "Good Neighbor" rules are strict. These rules are in place throughout Palm Springs, because the city feels that this is the necessary to ensure that those staying in any of the beautiful residential neighborhoods are able to enjoy the peace, quiet and safety that Palm Springs is known for.

Great for a group

This house was perfect for the amount of people listed. Any more and it might’ve felt a bit crowded if you’re planning to spend time indoors. The backyard and pool were perfect which is where we spent most of our time. The property management folks were so helpful with any requests, which ended up just being me not looking hard enough for the extra towels! I would definitely recommend this house for another trip and would return in the future!

Awesome backyard

We rented this house as a Covid get away. Our 4 kids still had to do virtual school, and the WiFi was strong. We all really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The house is clean and the beds were crazy comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway for Two Families!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Milben house couldn't have been more perfect. The three teen boys shared the casita and the rest of us stayed in the main house. The size of the lot meant that everyone could spread out. The design was updated with a nod to mid-century modern and we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

Perfect Family Vacation

This house is perfect for a relaxing, quiet vacation. The home is spacious and offers separation with the detached bedroom. The layout of the house is perfect with an area of grass for younger kids to play or scoot around outside of the pool. We were able to relax by reading a book at poolside while being able to see our kids at all times and know they were safe. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. We would definitely consider coming back for our next vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a great time at this house. We swam, soaked in the hot tub, prepared and ate meals and slept soundly. We took advantage of the surrounding hikes and made it up to Joshua Tree where there was a foot of snow on the ground. A 40 year phenomenon!

Prefect place to spend a weekend in Palm Springs!

The house was perfect for our girls’ getaway. The decor, the amenities, comfortable beds, heated pool - all made the trip great! I’d recommend stocking the house with at least salt and pepper. Also the side tables next to the pool loungers could use replacing as they were pretty weathered. Overall, would definitely stay again!
