This room is spotless, comfortable and well provisioned. It is a short walk to a gorgeous beach and there are beach chairs and towels for your use. A short uber ride takes you to the heart of old San Juan. Rosemary responded to our questions immediately and with good cheer. We heartily recommend this room.

Rosemary was wonderful—her communication was excellent, and she was incredibly responsive and prompt with any questions or concerns we had. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, scenic spots, and water activities just a short walk away. Old San Juan was also just a quick Uber ride from the condo. While the condo could use some updates and felt a bit worn, it was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thank you again, Rosemary!

The location of the property is poor this location is more for teenagers and college kids or looking to party and have a good time not a family environment at all and the host was not helpful in any way. I have no photos I stayed one night and left originally booked for three nights.

A Safe and Comfortable Place to Land Our First Time in PR

I have to say this was a really nice, clean place to land not knowing which would be the best area for us to be in. It was clean, sunny and bright with a nice view. Loved the washer and dryer. The beds were the BEST -- so comfortable! we enjoyed a swim to cool off in the evenings. The Coqui in the area were enchanting. The only two complaints are the 1) there was a glade air freshener in one of the outlets that made both me and my friend feel like we couldn't breathe. I unplugged it immediately. Second is that the area is not very interesting and there is not much around to do. Most of the people seemed to be either young people dressed in party of formal wear going to a special event. Or the older, golf-playing set who seemed to prefer to not interact with the locals. Later on in our trip, we found places in more colorful and charming areas that felt more adventurous. In summary. This is a GREAT place, just not what we were ultimately looking for.

Hi Mary! It is a pleasure to know that our studio provided a clean, bright, and highly comfortable welcome for your first visit to Puerto Rico. I am delighted you enjoyed the beautiful view, the pool, and especially our comfortable beds. Regarding the air freshener, I sincerely appreciate you bringing this to my attention so we can adjust our setup for guests sensitive to scents. While our immediate surroundings lean more toward a serene environment rather than a bustling local neighborhood, we are glad our location served as a safe and reliable base for your island exploration. Thank you for choosing us for your first stop, and I wish you many more wonderful adventures ahead!
