Avenida Del Mar - one of the city`s most beloved coastal streets - puts you steps from local cafés, boutique shops, and the kind of unhurried seaside atmosphere that draws people back year after year. Whether you`re here for a weekend escape or a longer stay, this unit puts everything within easy reach.


Living and entertainment
Inside, a 65` SMART TV and reliable Wifi make it easy to unwind after a day out. A dedicated workspace with an Ethernet connection means you can stay productive if work follows you on the road. Central air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan keep things comfortable no matter the season.


Sleeping arrangements
The bedroom features a queen size bed dressed with fresh bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets - everything you need for a restorative night`s sleep. Clothing storage and hangers are available to help you settle in, and a crib is on hand for guests traveling with an infant.


Kitchen and dining
The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and wine glasses - ideal for light meals or a quiet morning coffee before heading out. A dining table for two rounds out the space for an easy meal in.


Bathroom
The bathroom comes stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hot water, a hair dryer, and cleaning products. Fresh towels and bed linens are provided, along with an iron for added convenience.


Beach and outdoor
Beach access is nearby, a short 10 minute walk!


Access and parking
The unit has a private entrance with a smart lock for seamless, self-guided check-in. Free parking on premises is available in designated spaces. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

Good to know
Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
