Sea Snug is a classic home built c.1850 in Stonington on desirable Indian Point Road. Enjoy being within walking distance of the village’s restaurants, galleries and shops. Take a day trip to Isle au Haut, Acadia National Park, hike, golf, visit Sand Beach or just relax and enjoy!
Sea Snug is a comfortable three-bedroom home with two baths and peek-a-boo sea views throughout. The first floor includes a well-equipped kitchen/dining area. The dining room provides seating for six or more. There is a cozy living room with a decorative fireplace and reading nook. The laundry/utility room completes the first floor.
The second floor includes three bedrooms and two baths. Two twin beds are in the first bedroom. The second bedroom has a full bed. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and an ensuite bath with shower/tub combo. Through the primary, there is a deck with seasonal views of Stonington Harbor. The flush and sink, of the second bath, are in a private half bathroom; the shower is in the hallway with curtains providing privacy.
Sea Snug has lovely outdoor features including a front stone patio with outdoor seating and a gas grill. There is ample parking, but feel free to leave your car behind and stroll to the village. “Snuggle” into Stonington during your stay at the Sea Snug. CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be in writing and received by Agent. Cancellations may only be made between the date that a reservation deposit is received and a date determined to be 45 days prior to the tenants scheduled arrival date. Cancelations within 45 days of arrival will not result in a refund in whole or part of rental monies received. If a cancellation is made prior to 45 days of arrival, the Agent shall, as an accommodation to the Tenant, make an effort to re-rent the property at the published rate for the rental term reserved. No refund of rents paid will be made until the canceled period is re-rented and confirmed. If the canceled period is re-rented, any rent and taxes paid will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. If the re-rental amount is less than the published rate, any difference in rental rate remains the sole obligation of the tenant. If the unit is not re-rented, all rents paid, processing fees and taxes shall be forfeited as damages. This cancellation policy is strictly followed. Tenants are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all vacations to cover many situations that may arise that might cause one to cancel vacation plans. There are many independent insurance providers available to tenants.
I understand that the insurance company holds this policy and that The Island Agency does not determine eligibly of claims.
