High standard holiday apartment in a private Villa with separate entrance, nicely decorated with all required comfort.
The apartment is located at first floor of the Villa in a very quiet and green area, few minutes walk to several Spa Resorts, swimming-pools, shopping area and train station.

MAIN RULES and CONDITIONS

• The price for 2 or 4 persons is for 2 big double rooms. The price for 5 or 6 persons is for 3 big double rooms. If you need more rooms, there is an additional cost of Euro 18 per day per room added.

• The heating and air conditioning have an extra charge according to the usage and the season. The cost depends on the real consumption.

• The final cleaning of the apartment is included if at check-out the apartment is given back at same condition as you find it at check-in.

• The use of electricity, gas and water is included subject to a normal and average use.

• Be aware that a security deposit for eventual damages is applied.

Perfect location in Montecatini

Claudio was always helpful and attentive with tips where to visit and to eat. The flat was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. A mousquito net on a couple of windows would have been good but generally we were very happy with the apartment.

Well located apartment kept to a high standard

Claudio the owner made us feel very welcome and is meticulous in his attention to details. He is also very helpful regarding the local area with good suggestions for places to eat and gives valuable advice on exploring the region. The apartment in this quiet area of the town is secure and extremely comfortable; great kitchen etc. We especially appreciated the air-con which kept us cool during the hot days. ....basically everything just works! The town is also rather a pleasant surprise , elegant and with good facilities. Also within easy reach of Florence and Pisa etc. In short I would say "well recommended".

Best vacation ever!

We just came back from Montecattini Terme where we spent 10 days. The city is charming and not too big to get everywhere by walking. We used all treatments such as drinking mineral water, took baths and had mud body raps, inhalation and sprinkling with mineral water! The food is delicious, fresh and not so expensive as we anticipated. The owner Claudio did everything to make our stay smooth and worry free. Villa is sparkling clean and offers Italian charm and comfort. Claudio's suggestions save us a lot of time and confusion. He provided us with maps, train schedule, arranged taxi rade from airport and on the way back,made local calls and even negotiated admition fee for local attractions. He lives on the first floor of the villa and always at your service. Depending on the size of your group you can rent 2-4 bedrooms and still have all common areas such as kitchen, living, dining rooms and balcony available for your use. Train rides are fantastically cheap. We took short trips to Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Prato for 6 to 3 euro per ticket. Taxi is always available. You do not need to rent a car. Thank you, Claudio! Immaculate home in convenient location

This home suited our group of 4 couples. It was very clean and orderly. There is a locked outer gate, locked door to the entrance of the villa and a door to the apartment so we felt very secure. There were three short flights of steps to enter the apartment. There is a balcony with chairs to welcome you to relax outside. Claudio was very helpful in securing taxis to and from the train station and Florence airport. He also made restaurant recommendations. We enjoyed exploring this beautiful spa town and taking the funicular up to Montecatini Alto for the breathtaking views.

Clean, tidy, comfortable apartment

The apartment was very clean, tidy and comfortable. Claudio was extremely helpful with local information and gave us some good ideas of places to visit and provided train times for us. He advised us where the supermarkets were and recommended places to eat, offering to book tables in restaurants if we wanted. We chose Montecatini due to there being a railway station in the town and many places are accessible by a frequent train service. Pisa and Florence are only about an hour away. If using Pisa airport, you can use the Pisamover, a driverless shuttle train which takes you to the central station in Pisa. You can buy a through train ticket from the airport to Montecatini. The apartment is about a 15 minute walk from the train station, a 10 - 15 euro taxi fare. Montecatini Terme was an interesting place. We enjoyed an evening concert there which Claudio had told us about. He helped us get the most from the area.

Wonderful introduction to Tuscany!

Firstly, Claudio is a very helpful host, understanding when travel details are changed and a mine of information on both the immediate vicinity and the wider area - thank you! For a two bedroomed apartment it is generously sized and the terrace very spacious; when we went there was always a choice of sun or shade, giving lovely views over the town to the hills. Both the communal areas and the apartment itself were immaculate and are regularly cleaned. There is free off street parking but a car is not needed for sight seeing as the train station is easily reached - it was really useful to go to Firenze. The town offers lots of amenities - as well as others already mentioned we enjoyed the open air cinema. All in all - we had a lovely time - a comfortable home to return to after a busy day. We would be delighted to return again.

Tutto molto molto bello.😍

Siamo stati in occasione del ponte dell'immacolata e per vedere la casa di babbo natale. insieme ad un'altra coppia.entrambi con due bimbi piccoli.posto centralissimo raggiungibile tutto a piedi e molto comodo per chi ha bimbi piccoli come noi.Casa molto accogliente e sopratutto pulitissima rispetta molto le foto.proprietario molto premuroso,e disponibile. Da consigliare sicuramente è da ritornarci..

Great place, accurate description

We found the flat exceptionally clean, maintained to very high standards and the added advantage of help from Claudio whenever we needed it. We were made to feel at home immediately on arrival. The location is excellent to suit interest for all ages. Look forward to returning and would highly recommend this accommodation. The train station is within comfortable walking distance, the supermarket is 20 minutes walk, however we understand they will make home deliveries. Plenty of reasonably priced restaurants around. A visit to La Cascina Di Montecatini Terme is recommended.

Perfect appartment /perfekt lejlighed

Lejligheden er i et roligt hus i rolige omgivelser tæt ved kurparken. Kort gåafstand til centrum. Vi ankom til en fuldstændig rengjort lejlighed, hvor alt var i perfekt stand. Der blev gjort rent to gange i løbet af den uge, vi var der. Ejeren er en meget hjælpsom person, som også hjalp med praktiske ting før ankomsten (cykelleje). Denne lejlighed kan trygt anbefales. Montecatini Terme er et godt udgangspunkt for cykling, både bjergture og ture i det ret flade landskab mod syd. Der er gode restauranter i centrum med rimelige priser. Gode togforbindelser til Firenze, Pistoia, Lucca, Pisa....

This place gave you more than you expected

This house where situated in a very nice area in Montecatini Therme just 10 minutes away from the citycenter. It had a big garden and a nice balcony and the apartment was very clean and in perfect order. You don't need to know anything about the place before you arrive beacuse the owner Claudio gives you everything. He is a very kind and helpful man and during the week he becomes like a friend to us. He gave us a fantastic week With all good advices ...what to see , where to eat and many funny memories. The apartment was well-maintained and you find everything you need during a holliday. This place and this owner are a very good combination so don't miss it I and My friends Will come back

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Montecatini Appartement très bien conçu, spacieux et conforme au descriptif, situé dans un environnement calme et résidentiel à 15min du centre ville, de la gare, idéal pour visiter Florence, Sienne, etc... sans utiliser la voiture Le propriétaire est très accueillant et disponible et est de très bon conseil concernant les restaurants que nous avons testés, encore merci pour tout, tout est super location à recommander vivement"

Absolute gem!

This apartment was incredible and we really enjoyed having a beer on the terrace each evening watching the sunset. It is located in a perfect part of the town in a quiet area, within a few minutes walk of the main street, shops, restaurants, bars and parks. The station would be 10mins max! The owner is very nice, precise and has everything in immaculate condition, plus can inform you exactly where the best places to eat are! Highly recommended, and we will be staying here again in the future that is for certain.

"Prachtig appartement, zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar. Gelukkig rustig gelegen want het enkel glas laat lawaai door (bij storm rinkelde het glas) en ongelukkig was het uitzonderlijk slecht weer voor de tijd van het jaar, mocht er door de crisis geen verwarming branden (heeft het toch een paar uurtjes per dag laten branden) en was het er onaangenaam koud."
