Beautiful 2 bedroom with plenty of amenities. Top it off with beachfront view and beach access literally 100'away. Sanibel is an amazing place. Grateful to have stayed here again.

My girlfriends and I had the best getaway thanks to Barry and Fran’s condo! The location can’t be beat, steps to the sand and water. The unit itself is beautiful and has to be the most well stocked VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful in regards to their home but also the communication they provide. Top tier hosts and we couldn’t be happier!

P6D delivered once more!! The best views, the most high-tech experience & excellent host! We used the balcony daily & enjoyed every lovely aspect of the recent renovation! We marvel at the experience of staying in P6D - a place where you feel “at home” because the hosts share their “home” & not just a condo. Thank you & we are already looking forward to next year!

Our 6th trip to Sanibel!While we’ve stayed at this group of condos before and liked the location quite well, this was our first stay at THIS Aunit.The penthouse full-view of the Gulf was extraordinary!! Exactly as described! And very nice that, as the condo is at the farthest end of the building, there are no neighbors visible!Everything about the condo was top of the line! From the way the kitchen was equipped to the high thread-count silky sea-green sheets…and everything in between!A lit-from-within tower for beautiful glasses and a similarly lit wine cabinet were two of my favorite things! Communication w the owners was outstanding! Couldn’t have wished for better. And keyless entry w passcode! No searching for the key! And a telescope! Tripod-mounted for simplicity. Fabulous views!Will definitely return to Sanibel for a 7th trip & hope to find this highly sought-after condo available! Jim & wife Terry from Michigan

The P6D condo at Island Beach Club on Sanibel Island is a truly magical place. The view is stunning and the condo itself is lovely. Very well decorated and appointed. The amenities are fabulous. Many appliances and plenty of dishes, flatware, cups and glasses. Barry and Fran are the perfect hosts. They communicated with us leading up to our stay and once we were there they made sure everything was perfect. We appreciate them very much. We have already booked our stay for next year and look forward to another week at this magical place. We appreciate Barry and Fran sharing their winter home.

P6D is an incredible Sanibel condo! We have been staying at Island Beach Club for at least 15 years. There just isn’t anything like it on the island: there are floor to ceiling glass walls and you feel like you are right on the beach. This unit is so special and so well cared for and stocked with anything you might need. The owners, Barry and Fran, are the most amazing hosts and keep this place in perfect condition. There is every modern convenience you might need in this unit. They really have thought of everything! The furniture and mattresses are very comfortable and the unit is decorated with beautiful artwork with a beachy vibe. We were so happy to finally be able to stay in the condo again this year after all of the repairs were made from damage Hurricane Ian caused. I can honestly say it’s better than ever! Thank you again for making this beautiful place so magical and sharing it with us!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Barry and Fran’s condo! The top-floor, corner unit location right on the beach made all the difference—breathtaking, unobstructed views that we never got tired of enjoying.The accommodations were exceptional. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully decorated with local art and coastal scenery, and had such a warm, inviting feel from the moment we walked in. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and the modern technology features made our stay even more convenient and comfortable.One of the most memorable parts of our stay was the wildlife—we were able to watch dolphins right from the balcony and while relaxing on the beach. In the mornings, we even saw signs of sea turtles coming ashore to nest, which made the experience feel even more special and uniquely Sanibel.Barry and Fran were outstanding hosts! They made us feel welcome right away and went above and beyond by checking in to ensure everything exceeded our expectations—which it absolutely did.This was truly a perfect Sanibel getaway for our anniversary, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront escape!

It was a pleasure to have you and Chris as our guests. In good part, Island Beach Club P6D is special because it's our home for half the year. And we are pretty particular about how we furnish and maintain it. If it's well-equipped, it's because we want that for ourselves. If it's well maintained, it's because we dislike having things go un-repaired. So, you get more of a home experience than many other rental properties we've been in. Of course, we can't control that incredible waterfront view--it's just a bonus feature! We're delighted you had a great vacation in our magic place.

Amazing ocean view and perfect condo

Our trip was great! The ocean view from the condo was just beautiful. Being right on the beach was very convenient. We saw so many types of wildlife right on the Island Beach Club property. Barry and Fran are the perfect hosts with wonderful communication.

Thanks to Karin for this kind review. Happy to know your family get together was a success. We try hard to keep our magic place in top condition. It's what we hope to find when we travel to other VRBO properties. We do communicate with every guest, both to assure we are a good fit for each other and to detect anything that might need fixing or an upgrade. It's heavenly living on the beach but salt air, sunshine and tropical storms wreak havoc with man-made structures and beach equipment. Our promise to all our guests is we will work constantly to provide a top-notch vacation home experience. And you can always reach us with questions, comments or concerns.
