Velkommen til siden af vores smukke Keauhou Kona Surf & Racquet Club # 2-204! Direkte Oceanfront CORNER enheder er ekstra speciel her. Den Lanai er forlænget for ekstra plads. 2. etage, så kun en flyvning af trapper! Denne egenskab er absolut spektakulære. Ejerne har tænkt på absolut alt for at gøre din Hawaiian Vacation være perfekt.

Den Keauhou Surf og Racquet Club er et lukket samfund af ejerlejligheder. Der er tre professionelle stil tennisbaner med nat belysning; en tennis pro er på hånden dagligt for lektioner eller spil forbedring coaching.
Den store, nyindrettede swimmingpool er ideel til "omgange", og også for små børn vandaktiviteter. Swimmingpool baserede træningspas tilbydes hver morgen. Brusere og toiletter er bekvemt placeret i den store pavillon nær swimming pool og tennisbaner.
En af de mest interessante funktioner i Keauhou Surf og Racquet Club er de talrige arkæologiske steder. Disse bevarede områder giver et glimt af Hawaii leveår siden. Hvert websted har en udstationeret beskrivelse af de aktiviteter, der fandt sted mange år siden.
Den Keauhou Surf og Racquet Club har mange haver og vandrestier. Blomster og tropiske løv er rigelige. Der er flere udendørs grill områder for gæster til at bruge.

Beautiful Palce

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at this location for a week with my two young kids and we had a great time. It’s clean, safe, and absolutely gorgeous! The view of the Pacific is very beautiful with huge balcony, large glass walls, and lounge to relax. The kitchen had everything we needed, closet had plenty of linen and towels for a large family. The best part, the house also comes with lot watersports things, like snorkeling gears, water boards, coolers, beach umbrella, etc. Manager was very prompt to answer any questions and ready to solve any hiccup asap. Overall, will rent that place in a heartbeat.

The condo came furnished with everything we needed and room to spread out and do laundry. The unit does not have AC but had fans and was so pleasant to sleep to the sounds of the surf. The condo is located in a beautiful complex within a short walk to a beach.

Spring break

Spectacular view, spacious lanai. Property was very well kept. Gated community felt safe. Temperature was perfect for open windows but you could hear the neighbors. We would stay here again!

Peace & tranquility

If you want a quiet stay with great amenities and a peaceful view this is it. Altho the complex is older the property is well maintained. This 2nd floor corner unit has amazing views. There is no central air but the ceiling fans and oscillating fan were all we needed to stay comfortable. We played the Kona Country Club golf course right next door and it was a great course. This unit is great for couples or even a family with small kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome View and Location

If you are looking for a place with awesome ocean views, quiet location and away from the hustle and bustle of Kona traffic this is the place to be. The condo was clean and well kept with the kitchen being well supplied. Being next to the ocean it was amazing to not only have the view, but the sounds of the waves and cool breezes were very relaxing. It has a very large covered patio that we used for our eating our meals and taking in the views. We are looking forward to our return to this condo in the future. The hosts were great and responded to any questions we had.

Very relaxing experience

Fabulous location

Interior doors need replacing. These issues did not diminish the wonderful location and fabulous view on the wraparound lanai. The size of the unit was very spacious for four adults. Excellent airflow and we didn’t miss AC.

Check out small print

Overall, it was OK. The view was spectacular. We were disappointed when we got to the place that the pool was under construction. We called the management, they said we should check the small print. It was in the check-in at the very end there was an addendum. We booked this in March. Our trip was at the end of April. The pool and construction, April 2. I feel that they should have told us right then and there that there was going to be no pool. In addition, there was no access to the water from the property the water, walkway or trail was extremely short. Like I said in the beginning the place is just okay..

Great space, needs a little work

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The setting and the view CANNOT be beat. The complex is peaceful and the grounds are gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lanai of #2-204 watching sunrises and sunsets. The waves crashing on the rocks right in front of our unit were spectacular! There was generous, well-appointed space for 4 adults. It was clean and the beds, pillows, and sheets were comfortable. The unit was stocked with an assortment of spices and cooking oils, cooking utensils (minus tools for the community barbeque), beach towels and chairs, games, and books. We didn’t lack for anything during our visit. That being said, we did notice a few things worth mentioning for people considering this unit. The master bath needs some attention. The shower door was difficult to slide due to corrosion, the toilet seat kept collapsing on itself, and the shower stall needs a good soaking in bleach (we thought the guest bath was lovely). The clothes washer needs a few cycles with some Affresh. We were disappointed to find it doesn’t have air conditioning since the temps during our visit soared into the 90s each day (we live in the south and forget there are parts of the world where this isn’t a given). There is good air circulation through the unit when the ceiling fans are all on and the windows and doors are open. Even so, the back bedroom, kitchen, and dining room were uncomfortably hot. We were all sweating by the time we finished eating dinner, even with a table fan we found in the unit pointing directly at us. The kitchen faucet leaks and has clearly done so for a long time. The counter behind the sink has water damage and the dish washer has rusted where the water runs down to the floor. Also, whatever was used to clean the kitchen floor made it extremely slippery. Some kitchen mats would be helpful to prevent any serious accidents. All that said, we thoroughly enjoyed the condo and our visit. We will keep this unit on our list to book again when we come back.

Great location

Beautiful condo and a great location. Close to beaches, grocery store, and restaurants. The condo had everything we needed and was beautiful and clean.

Good location and view but needs some updates

Pros: good location, great view, easy checkin, decent amount of space as advertised, good complex.Cons: kitches and bathrooms are outdated and needs update. Beware of small bugs in kitchen. needs update as well.

October in Building 2

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Having previously stayed @the Raquet club we had high expectations for this trip too. Unfortunately our unit faced directly west with no lanai shades & the afternoons were extremely hot so we were unable to enjoy the outside space. The ceiling fans only had one speed, slow. Our main bathroom shower was recently very nicely redone but the water pressure was so low we ended up using the other bathroom to shower. The complex is great, but sometimes the pictures are deceiving.

AWESOME VIEW!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This ocean front condo has an unbeatable view and that is what you are paying for here. The location is excellent with a small shopping center nearby for necessities and more. The condo is roomy. We found it clean with the essentials plus some beach gear which came in handy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, etc., but there are no basic spices (salt and pepper) so if you plan to do much cooking you will need to start from scratch. As mentioned in other reviews, the furnishings here are pretty tired but they do the job. Outdoor furniture is carroded as are the plumbing fittings. I am guessing no major improvements have been made in awhile. We had a couple of issues and the rental agency was very quick to respond to our needs. There is no air conditioning. They do have fans. We requested 1 more and got two so that was great. Depending on the time of year you go, the fans would be adequate if the trade winds are blowing. We enjoyed our stay here. The pool is very nice. The grounds are immaculate. We did not use the tennis courts or pickle ball court but others were enjoying these amenities. There is a beach adjacent to the property - a nice place to spend a quiet afternoon. There are restaurants very nearby, the one on the hill above with a killer view of the sunsets (which you also have from the lanai). All in all, I would recommend this condo.
