We understand how frustrating this must have been, especially after looking forward to checking in. This is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. Sara, thank you for sharing your experience! We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing location, spaciousness, and well-stocked amenities of the unit. We apologize for the inconvenience with the beach access and the indoor pool temperature. Mother nature has damaged them during a king tide and to leave them open for use would be unsafe. The HOA board is in talks with the city for a repair, however it is a large project that will take time to resolve. In the meantime we do have 2 other easy beach access points at either end of our building. We appreciate your understanding and are thrilled to hear you plan to return with your whole family. We look forward to welcoming you back for your next trip!
