The property was as described and shown on the website, it was really clean with plenty of space. The outside over looked the golf course which was great entertainment when the golfers messed up there shots.Communication with Kazan was fab and she even supported a slightly later check out due to a later flight time. She shared details of the check in/out process in good time before our arrival and everything was simple and straight forward. You didn’t need to think about anything other than food and drinks. The villa would easily work for multiple couples or two families with children as the bedrooms are either side of the villa. There was plenty of towels for showers and pool use too. Our only suggestion would be to consider replacing the mattress in the master bedroom as this felt very soft (I personally like a firmer mattress) and we often rolled into the middle, after a few days we got used to it so wasn’t a deal breaker and wouldn’t put me off from staying. Great location. Clean and tidy home with everything you need for your holiday. Pool area fabulous for both swimming and lounging. Saved a fortune on dishwasher tablets and washing powder. . Small things like that go a long way.

We recently stayed here for three weeks, and this home was lovely and had everything our family needed to enjoy a wonderful holiday. The hosts are really easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. The house was immaculate, beds were comfortable (no achy necks or backs), private, secure, and in a safe gated community. The kitchen was fully equipped, even with a kettle (needed for British cups of tea), the pool table in the games room enabled healthy family competition and family time together. We really enjoyed the pool. For future guests driving to Disney and parks, the I4 has become a bit of a car park (parking lot) so it does take much longer to get to Disney then it should, but this has nothing to do the with house. We've stayed in Haines City pre Covid and the traffic was definitely less back then. I can't stress enough, this is nothing to do with the house, just the general increase in traffic. If you are looking for a lovely house, with all you could require for a perfect holiday then this is the house.

This is the best villa we have stayed in since we have been visiting Orlando for the last 11 years. It had everything we needed and more including a well equipped kitchen and games room, comfortable beds and a brilliant pool. It is clean and very well maintained and was the perfect position to get to all the parks, shops and everywhere else we needed. Eric responded quickly to any questions and was great at communicating before our arrival and throughout. Can’t say enough good things about it!

Great hosts and perfect location close to the park and lake. Peaceful neighbourhood and all amenities. Will definitely be back!

First time renting a property in Florida and not disappointed. I made contact with Rohan before we arrived as I had a couple of questions and he always responded promptly. Lovely touch too that Rohan telephoned within a day or so to check we were ok. Villa had everything we needed and had a supply of toilet roll, kitchen roll, dish washing liquid and washing powder. It was great to be able to wash our towels and tumble dry them quickly. I needed to call a local number and Rohan had no problem with me using the phone at the property. Property was very clean and spacious and the living area was equipped with new furniture. Each bedroom was extremely comfortable with new linen and there was a large tv with Netflix in each room too! Main bedroom’s balcony was small (but as we expected - Rohan had informed us of this) but it was still nice to sit out and eat breakfast as the sun was always shining in the morning on that side of the property. We were less than a 5 minute walk away from the pool area which was kept clean. Always plenty of free sun beds whatever the time of day. Everyone has to wear blue wristbands and this was strictly enforced. Always had a good mixture of music playing too. Pool is open until 11.00pm (weather permitting). Only negative is that you can’t take your own food to the pool as there is an on site tiki bar and pub selling food. We had no problem taking water bottles though and there was an iced water dispenser at the bar which was always available. Due to the location of the property however it was no problem to walk back for something to eat. The local shopping centre is within a 10 min walk of the property and had an Applebee’s, Ihop, Burger bar, Pizza and Chinese takeaway, There is also a couple of bars and a Publix. We found a Walmart and an Aldi within a 5-10 minute drive and a great pizza takeaway about a mile away. Travel times to Universal and Disney varied greatly on the time of day - one early Sunday morning, it took us 28 minutes to Universal’s car park as there was no traffic. It was usually about a 40 minute journey. Disney was about 25-30 mins. Great holiday, and excellent value for money. The deposit refund was also returned before we had got to the airport.
