Wonderfully situated apt to see all the sites. Main train station is 17min walking distance. No microwave or in suite laundry, but laundry is around the corner for those who need it. Grocery store a block away. Overall a great place to stay. Would definitely recommend.

The host, Lorenzo, had great communications and was super responsive to questions guiding us on the check-in process. Perfect apartment, clean, great decor, and had everything we needed. Loved the location, walking distance to all major locations. Would love to stay here again!

This was a lovely, updated, comfortable apartment in a great location. The name is accurate: step out front door and there is the Duomo. Lot of good, reasonable restaurants within 150 meters of the front door. We really liked the place, which comfortably slept our 2 college age sons and us. Would stay here again.

The kitchen was fully equipped for all our kitchen needs. there were even coffee pods for the coffee machine which was a nice touch! Laundry was listed as on site, but the only laundry available was at local laundry mats. Lorenzo had a list of laundry mats available close by for use if needed.

Location,Location, Location!

Great apartment a short block from the Duomo. It was exactly what we needed for a trip to Florence. Restaurants, bars, sightseeing within easy walking distance. Host was very responsive when we had questions. Would highly recommend booking this apartment.

A great place in Florence

Wonderful place in the center of it all in Florence! Close to lots of the places to see in Florence. Easy access and directions given at the apartment. Indeed steps from the Duomo!!! Beautifully decorated! Would stay here again. Great for a small family or couples.

Hot day stay

Overall stay was great. One small feedback would be if property manager is local it would be nice to have A/C on prior to arrival on 100 degree F days. Small issue everything about the place was great.

Excellent Property and Location!

Very cute and clean apartment in the middle of everything you could possibly need! Beds were super comfy. Communication with the owner was almost instantaneous. It was also a pretty spacious apartment although we only slept there. I would definitely stay again if I ever make it back to Florence.

Excellent stay!

Lorenzo’s place was perfect! The apartment is really nicely decorated, very spacious and comfortable beds. The location was excellent. Very centrally located. Lorenzo had great communication with us before booking and while we were there. Very responsive and easy to get in touch with. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. If we go back to Italy we will definitely stay here again. If his place is available- book it before someone else does!

Fantastic property and location

Our family of 4 stay in the property for a week in July 2023 and it was perfect and very welcoming. It was clean and plenty of room for us. The location was so great if we needed to come ‘home’ mid day to take a break from the heat and all the exploring. Beds were comfortable. Loved the keyless entry - so conventions. We needed to reach the host upon arrival and he was very accommodating . So glad we chose this properly and would book again in the future

Convenient!

Charming little apartment close to the heart of the city. Walking distance to everything. The apartment was clean and comfortable. An easy two flights up and wide stairs for moving luggage. Only downfall—no washing machine. Overall, great stay!

Loved This Place

This property was perfect for our trip to Florence and we would happily stay here again. First, the location is phenomenal. You can easily walk to/from the train station and you are close to everything. Nothing felt out of reach and we did not have to use any transportation while there. Second, the apartment was beautiful and spacious. The beds and couch are comfortable; we appreciated the air conditioning, quick wifi and and the interior decorating touches; and it was so quiet inside the apartment despite the noise on the road outside. Finally, Lorenzo, the host, was so communicative, patient, and made everything a breeze. I could not recommend this place more highly.

Great Florence Visit

This was a great location and place to make an home base in Florence for a week. Apartment was just as listed and an excellent location for walking the historic district. Communication with our host, Lorenzo, was always prompt and he was very helpful with our arrival. There were plenty of restaurants and bars on the same street as the apartment. However, the street is relatively quiet at night. Our only problem were other guest in the building who had a couple of late night parties. As others have mentioned there are three flights of steep stairs that lead to the second floor apartment, so be prepared to make that journey with your luggage. Bottom line, one of the best VRBO experiences I’ve had traveling the world, and would stay here again.

Zentral, sauber, perfekt!

Wenn man Florenz mittendrin und hautnah erleben möchte, ist dieses Apartment der perfekte Ort dafür. Von der ersten Buchung an wurden wir sehr freundlich und nett bei allen Fragen von Lorenzo begleitet, und konnten uns gut vorbereitet auf unsere Reise freuen. die Lage ist absolut genial, wir sind nur aus der Haustür raus und standen schon fast vor dem Dom. Fußweg 2 m. Nächste Umgebung, ganz viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für uns als vierköpfige Familie, perfekt. Wir hatten eine große Küche, haben aber auf das Kochen verzichtet, da es in nächster Umgebung genügend Möglichkeiten gab, die schnelle Pizza auf die Hand oder ein entspanntes Essen im Restaurant. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an Lorenzo für diesen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Florenz.

Sehr zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist in unter 15 min per Fuss zu erreichen. Die Betten sind bequem, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Klimaanlage. Check-in per handy war sehr cool! Molto grazie Lorenzo!
