We have had a fantastic stay in this beautiful villa. Incredible 360 view on the landscape and the sea, very nice pool and excellent technical equipment. Most luxurious and stylish villa we ever had in that area, managed professionally and very friendly.If you are looking for a calm and relaxing place to get away from stress and routines of your everyday’s life, this is the spot to be. Ein sehr schönes Haus, allerdings sollten die Bilder überarbeitet werden. Da einige Sachen nicht mehr vorhanden sind(Hängematte, Kühlschrank draußen Schränke draußen usw).Wer Probleme mit den Beinen hat,hat Schwierigkeiten mit der Treppe vor allem die letzten 4Stufen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt!

Die Villa ist sehr modern und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren eine reine mädelsgruppe und jeder hatte seinen Freiraum. Die einzigen Probleme waren am Anfang die Sauberkeit und das Wasser. Die Agentur hat sich direkt am folgetag darum gekümmert. Es kam eine super freundliche Dame vorbei die alles nochmal sauber gemacht hat. Das Wasser im oberen Stockwerk lief nur wenn gleichzeitig jemand unten geduscht oder das Wasser laufen lassen hat. Etwas nervig aber hat uns nicht großartig gestört. Der Außenbereich der Villa ist super schön. Es gab immer genug Platz für jeden. Die Lage der Villa ist etwas außerhalb, deshalb würde ich auf alle Fälle ein Mietwagen empfehlen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Strände sind mit dem Auto dann in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Alles in allem: Empfehlen wir weiter!!

Una delusione, al di sotto delle aspettative! Grave problema di acqua!

La descrizione della villa nell’annuncio è risultato del tutto fuorviante a cominciare dall’accesso che è stato deviato su una ripidissima salita che conduce al retro della villa dove è stato creato un varco nel muro di cinta senza alcun cancello di protezione e privacy. L’esterno si presenta con un curato giardino ma degli alberi da frutto decantati rimane solo un albicocco. La piscina anche se piccola è pulita mentre il patio presenta un pergolato molto trascurato con alcune luci rotte. Della cucina esterna rimane solo una vetrina frigo non funzionante; il barbecue e il forno inutilizzabili, quasi in abbandono. L’unico tavolo della casa è in cemento proprio sotto il pergolato, assolato di giorno (specialmente al mattino) e i cuscini della seduta sporchi e pieni di peli di animali. L’amaca inesistente. Filo e stendibiancheria vecchi e arrugginiti. L’interno della casa si presenta piuttosto angusto e inadeguato a 6 ospiti. La cucina living così come disposta è disagevole, ha pochi piani di appoggio (ingombri di inutili e impolverati suppellettili), il frigo è molto piccolo (avuto problemi con la temperatura), manca il forno a microonde, la macchina del caffè non è Nespresso, manca la lavatrice e l’asciugatrice. Il piano cottura è posizionato erroneamente al margine nell’isola, pericoloso sia in fase di cottura che di raffreddamento. I divani si presentano sporchi e quindi coperti da teli. Molto disordine anche nella zona soggiorno. La camera da letto al piano terra è piccolissima e occupata interamente dal letto, priva di zanzariera e armadio per metà ingombro di scatole. Il bagno adiacente è altrettanto piccolo e per di più vi è riposta l’asse e ferro da stiro. L’accesso al piano superiore è attraverso una ripida e stretta scala (inadatta a bambini e anziani). Solo una delle due camere è confortevole per ampiezza, ma l’uso della doccia allaga l’intero bagno. La seconda camera è più piccola così come il suo bagno con wc attaccato al minuscolo lavandino. Ma il problema più grande della casa è l’ACQUA!! Sin da subito ci siamo accorti che nel piano superiore per mancanza di pressione l’acqua fatica ad arrivare e spesso anche al piano terra. Segnalata subito la problematica alla manager Fiona questa si è giustificata spiegando che il problema non era risolvibile perché interessava l’intera zona. Assolutamente falso, le abitazioni vicine non avevano questo problema, mentre noi abbiamo dovuto ricorrere alle bottiglie di acqua per sciacquarci!

Très bon séjour mais ……

Cette villa mérite 5 étoiles cadre merveilleux et ces aménagements extérieurs villa moderne et très bien aménagée mais quelques points négatifs nous font mettre 4 étoiles les voici Pas de télévision pendant 3 semaines Pas d eau régulièrement dans les salles de bains à l étage À proximité présence d une personne en permanence avec son chien très bruyant surtout très tôt le matin ce qui n était pas prévu ce local devait non habité . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré cela .

Villa de vacance

Super villa, au calme avec vu juste top, relaxant. Maison bien équipée en tout point Petit bémol sur la literie dur comme de la pierre pas de sommier, sommier en béton et pas de télé il manquait des câbles que personnes n’est venu remplacer.

Fantastic house with amazing sea view

We had remarkable time at Boutique House. The house is as mentioned created by on designed and architect and is quite nice for 6 people. It has extended inventar at the kitchen, beamer, music station etc.. everything high standard. From house and pool you have beautiful view at the Sea. It is only 10 min to Kalives where you can find a fantastic beach. Overall 5* some points to be mentioned: 1) the road to the house is off-road piste and has a strong ascending slope and you will need a SUV or similar to get there. You will try to come up with fiat or Opel at night it will be a fun. 2) outdoor place is to hot for the morning and at the evening be prepared for mosquitos and wasps 3) house is not meant to be designed for smaller kids - a lot of concrete, steep stairs and that much of shaddow places... it is rather build and designed for adults only groups ;-) Besides that - top address at Kalives! have fun there

et lækkert hus med super lækker pool og Tereses som gør det vildt hyggeligt at være ude. der er et skønt udekøkken hvor man bare er tæt sammen når der bades, spidses eller man bare ligger og solbader.

Schönes Haus für erholsame Ferien

Das Haus ist genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben, wunderschöne Aussicht, aber etwas abgelegen. Für uns genau das, was wir wollten! Pool super mit Gegenstromanlage und der Garten herrlich mit grosser Wiese. Der Aussenbereich mit Liegestühlen, Sonnenschirmen, Lounge und Esstisch unter Pergola (mit Grill, Pizzaofen und Aussenkühlschrank) einfach perfekt. Ansprechpartner Villas Crete Holidays (Frankie) immer erreichbar und super nett und Michel (Hausbesitzer, wohnt gleich nebenan), der wohl netteste Grieche auf Kreta. Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und können dieses Objekt absolut empfehlen!

Amazing location - great stay!

It’s simply magnificent to stay in this beautiful villa. It is just as on the pictures and perfect for couples and friends or a family trip. Everything you need is in the villa and kalyves is just 5 minutes drive away with stores and restaurants. Can only recommend to stay here - get a larger rental car (x1 BMW for example) as it makes the drive to the villa easier.

As good as it looks and beautifully quiet surroundings- just amazing.

This villa has to be one of the best we have ever stayed in. It is individual, modern and extremely well equipped. The outside area is perfect and the views simply amazing. We had such a relaxing time staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting peace and quiet. It was well positioned for both day and evening outings to both towns and beaches. Visits to Chania, Vamos, Almyrida, Kalyves and Plaka are a must. Plaka was by far our favourite dinner destination with wonderful Greek hospitality everywhere we went. We found the villa to be beautiful and very tastefully decorated. However, I would say that the open staircase makes it unsuitable for young children and the elderly. Our only negative comment would be that it would have been nice to have been forewarned about the very steep and very rugged nature of the road up to the villa. Prior warning may have resulted in a different choice of hire car!

Fantastischer Ausblick

Die Straße zum Haus ist sehr steil und nur mit einem geländegängigen Fahrzeug zu bewältigen. Ansonsten schönes Haus und toller Garten, gut ausgestattet.Es ist sehr ruhig und liegt abgeschieden.Der Ausblick ist fantastisch.
