The rustic yet elegant Villa Margherita is located in Scario’s upscale residential district, the “Zona Marcaneto.” It’s no wonder that affluent city dwellers have chosen this area to spend their summers: here, you’ll be surrounded by nature while always having the sea in view.

COMFORTABLE VACATION HOME IN A STYLISH NEIGHBORHOOD
In the spacious, bright, and airy living/dining area with large windows and high ceilings, it’s clear that the holiday home was long inhabited by the friendly owners themselves: They have designed their summer retreat to be both stylish and cosy.
The living area and the kitchen, also located on the ground floor, open onto the covered terrace.
The three bedrooms (one with a double bed; two with two single beds each) are located on the ground floor. Villa Margherita features two bathrooms.

OUTDOOR AREA – The large garden with its three terraces is the owners’ pride and joy. The beautifully landscaped, well-maintained property is best described as an “outdoor living space.” There are more than enough ways to enjoy this additional “living space.”

The large sun terrace is the ideal spot to set up a lounge chair; in the shade of the trees, you can read a book and let your mind wander. A covered terrace right in front of the house invites you to enjoy outdoor meals and evening get-togethers.
After the sun has set into the sea, the skilfully designed garden lighting creates a magical atmosphere.
The property includes three parking spaces.

The nearest beach is about 1.5 km away. In the centre of Scario (about 800 m), you’ll find supermarkets, cafés, and restaurants.

Take advantage of Villa Margherita’s unique location, which borders the core zone of the national park.
At the Infreschi Marine Nature Park between Scario and Marina di Camerota, you’ll discover the Cilento as a paradise for swimming and hiking. A visit to the medieval mountain village of S. Giovanni a Piro or a hike up Monte Bulgheria is also well worth it!

COMFORTABLE VACATION HOME IN A TASTEFUL NEIGHBORHOOD
At Villa Margherita, a tasteful yet cosy atmosphere welcomes you.
The holiday home features a spacious, airy, and bright living-dining room and a kitchen (including a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer) on the ground floor; three bedrooms (one with a double bed; two with twin beds) on the ground floor; and two bathrooms (shower/toilet/bidet; bathtub/toilet/bidet). The living-dining room and the kitchen open onto the covered terrace.
Villa Margherita features satellite TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washing machine; a children’s bed can be provided (for an additional fee). Parking is available for up to three cars.

OUTDOOR AREA - Villa Margherita’s “outdoor living space,” featuring three terraces and a large garden, is beautifully designed and well-maintained.
