The condo was a perfect accommodation for us and my in laws, as it assured we all had privacy. It was super clean and quiet with a beautiful view from the balcony. The area is safe with easy access to all attractions Kotor Bay offers.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment

The apartment is very well equipped ie for cooking, for comfort and for relaxing inside or outside. The location was great, 10 minute drive from Kotor. Kotor is wonderful but usually very busy, but the apartment was a peaceful haven very close to beautiful swimming places.

Great accommodation in good location, but poor service from the managing agency..

This property is in a beautiful location, overlooking the Bay of Kotor. The apartment is wonderful and had everything needed. The view from the balcony was amazing. Unfortunately, two things that needed sorting in the property were reported to the managing agency and nothing was done. Hopefully, this will be resolved as this apartment is beautiful.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist phantastisch. Man hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Man sieht die Kreuzfahrtschiffe morgens rein fahren und abends wieder raus fahren. Super toll. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und die Schlafzimmer Ventilatoren. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Außerdem gibt es noch eine Gästetoilette.Schwierig ist es, wenn man ohne Auto anreist. Kein Restaurant fußläufig. Hat man ein Auto findet man in Kotor keinen Parkplatz. Also schwierig

Thank you for booking our apartment. I'm struggling to understand the comments in your review. Maybe there is a misunderstanding as it would appear you expected the apartment to be by itself. My description does say "Solmar is a small, exclusive, development, ". and the photo's show other apartments around.. It is a small, exclusive, gated community of 6 blocks. The photos from the balcony show the views that you get, although not of the entire bay they have been praised by previous guests. The picture from the rear is to show the stairs and the relation of the apartment to the water. We have had a number of communications so I was surprised you disliked them. Without your feedback I can not comment on your dislike of the check in procedure. I hope you enjoyed your stay and would appreciate any feedback on the apartment. Were my notes helpful? Thank you
