Our Luxury Florida Villa is a family owned holiday vacation villa, just minutes from Disney and many more Orlando area theme parks.

Our villa will accommodate up to 8 guests. It is fully equipped, fully furnished and air conditioned. Our villa has free wireless internet access for your laptop computer, voip phone or PDA/iPad. Free telephone calls to the USA & Canada.

Our villa has its own private heated screened south facing swimming pool with a partial covered lanai with mature landscaping , Palms trees, orange trees and hedges for your added privacy.

Our Luxury Florida Villa accommodation comprises of a Master bedroom with King bed, en-suite full bathroom, walk in closet, HD/TV, Roku Programming, Radio alarm clock & patio doors leading to the pool deck .

2 Guest bedrooms with Queen and Twin beds and closets, TV's and alarm clocks.

Second full bathroom shared by twin and queen guest rooms.

Guest Queen bedroom with closet, HD TV ,DVD and radio alarm clock.

The open living area has a wrap around leather sofas, 55" HD/TV with triple sliding patio doors leading to the pool area.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast bar and bar stools.

Breakfast nook with table in the kitchen area.

Utility room with full size washing machine and dryer.

The dining area includes a dining table with seating for up to 6 guests.

Our villa is provided with all linen and towels. Cots and high chairs are available at our villa with no extra charge.

Games room with a Pool table, Air Hockey, Foosball and a selection of games. We provide a Xbox One and PS/4 for your kids to use with a 50" TV.

Pool can be heated for an extra charge not normally required April to September.

Our management company will provide any help and support for you during your stay and are only a quick phone call away.

We do highly recommend Vacation Insurance from the date of booking.

Florida holiday

Really great property for our Florida holiday. Owner kept in contact throughout and sorted any issues promptly. We really enjoyed the facilities - games room, spacious living areas and the pool is a good size. Our children spent many hours in there! It was nice to have a space to relax in. We hope to book again which is a testament to how much we enjoyed our time here!

Orlando vacation

We have just completed 22 nights in this property and it was fabulous. From when we first booked the villa last year the communication from Kris has been excellent throughout and instantly put us at ease in terms of our choice. The digital welcome pack just in advance of our arrival was a great help. The property is in a quiet neighbourhood and is within easy driving distance of the Disney parks and is also accessible to the I4 for trips up to Universal, SeaWorld and Discovery Cove. The outdoor pool was a favourite with our family after long hot days in the parks and also during our rest days. As was the games room with the pool table. We would recommend this property and would definitely return in the future.

Family holiday

Stayed for 3 weeks in June 2024. The house is nice, very clean and beds comfortable. It has all the things you would need. There was lots of clean bedding and towels available. Area is quiet. Communication with owner was good and he quickly answered any questions we had. The games room in the garage is great.

Well equipped villa

A lovely, well equipped, comfortable and located villa. A minor issue was addressed and rectified immediately. My Grandson (8) was so impressed with the Mickey bedroom. Communications with the owner were exceptionally quick and helpful. Id have no hesitation in recommending the villa to others. Thanks Kris.

Family holiday

We had a great time at the villa. It was like a home from home. Everything we needed was there. It was spotlessly clean, everything was as described, location in a very quiet residential neighbourhood (no noise from parties etc.). Would definitely choose this villa to stay at again. Games room was great for us to use with our teens.

Orlando adventure base

Great accommodation with lots of space, outside pool and well equipped games room in the garage. Nice quiet location and with easy access to Disney parks. Host/owner Kris was very helpful and responsive with any questions and a great communicator and attentive to our needs. Would happily return and recommend.

The important parts of this villa were excellent - pool, games room, master bedroom, tv. The furniture, bedsheets, kitchen accessories would benefit from some updating. Overall we had a lovely two weeks, the location is great for Disney, the pool and games room were used a lot. Neighbours were lovely.

Disappointed - wouldn’t stay here again

Overall we were very disappointed. Arrived to find sofa was actually part sofa bed which was not in a usable state, the cushions had sunk into the chair which made the whole thing unusable, when I moved the sofa cushions I found lots of dirt and food, there was also lots of dirt and food under and around the sofa. I contacted the owner and his first response was to ask me why I was moving the sofa cushions as I already have enough beds for the people in the house. On the first day I found a pillow on the main bed that was heavily stained and did not appear to have been washed. The closet in the main bedroom was unusable as the owner used it to store his parcel deliveries. Throughout our stay the owner had regular daily parcel deliveries and we would return to the house after a day in the parks to find lots of boxes at the front door. I found the owner hard to deal with, at no point did he apologise for the problems we had, and I often felt he was looking for an argument. This was the only time I have stayed at a villa where I have not felt welcome. I’m used to owners leaving me and my family to it and only ever contacting us in an emergency, however with this owner we had regular daily messages asking us to do things, I found the whole thing really intrusive and it didn’t feel private at all. I don’t normally write reviews but felt the need to this time. After reading other people reviews I completely expect the owner to say that we were terrible guests but I can assure you that was not the case.

Fantastic Florida Villa

Prior to arriving we had really good communication and the owners website was really informative. We had such a great time at the villa and ended up spending more at the villa than we normally would. Having teenage boys we absolutely loved the great games room, large swimming pool and the fact they had plenty of space to themselves. The standard of cleanliness throughout the villa was outstanding, especially the kitchen and the extensive crockery and glassware. The only thing we were disappointed with was there is no longer any access to the communal fitness room. In summary we had an amazing time at this lovely villa and would live to visit again one day.

Just what we needed

Finally got the holiday we needed after 3 years - Kris, the owner was really communicative and friendly, very keen to help with anything we needed or wanted to know about. The property was great and exactly as described - the kitchen is well stocked and the layout was very well apportioned. The location is great with easy access to the key routes and sights, whilst also being in easy reach of plenty of shops, food and coffee locations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend the property (and owner) to anyone!!

Nice Villa

The Villa was very comfortable and was equipped with everything we could want. Really enjoyed our stay. Only down side was a little further from Disney and universal parks than we had expected. Had a great holiday and would highly recommend.

This home was everything we needed and more. Beautiful home and had everything we needed. High chair, strollers, towels, dishes and the cutest little mickey mouse room for my kids. We had a wonderful vacation, and this home being located close to all of our activities that we planned made it that much better.

Two months at the Villa

This is our second time at the Villa. Same as the first one, our stay rates up there at the top. Accommodations are first rate, situation is very good, comfort inside and out is outstanding. Cozy Family Stay

Our stay was enjoyable! The rental was well-equipped with the essentials for our week-long trip. We appreciated the convenient location, being close to parks, shops, and stores. The pool was a nice amenity, although the cooler weather (highs in the 40s-50s) made it difficult to heat up enough for use during part of our stay. This wasn't a reflection on the rental itself, but rather the weather conditions.The kids absolutely loved the game room! That was a big hit.Just a heads-up for anyone planning to use the pool: if the weather's below 50, it might be tough to get the pool warm enough.

Christmas family getaway

This was a great house for our family Christmas getaway. The house was stocked with many of your kitchen essentials, bath towels and pool towels. The pool was heated to 92-93 degrees. The kids enjoyed all the pool toys and Floaties. The game room was excellent beds were perfect for sleeping. Also, in a great location, close to stores and attractions. Kris was great and even checked on us throughout the week to see how we were all doing. Responded quick with any questions. We would stay at this house again.

Exceeded expectations

This was the first time using VRBO and was a little nervous but the pictures were accurate, the house had everything we could have asked for. The owner was so quick to respond to every one of my messages. The adult children loved the game and my younger daughter lived the pool whenever we weren't at disney. My husband and I were able to relax by the pool. The location was so convenient to all the attractions. If I can convince my husband to return to Florida we will definitely rent again. We will be suggesting to all our friends. Thank you to Kris and his family for letting us borrow their home.

You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks.

Now we have two small children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas.

Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

What makes this property unique

We have added alot of items to the villa such as: CD Players, large screen TVs, DVD Players, Wireless Internet, XBOX 360 game system, and a new game room with pool, air hockey and foosball.

We are also mindful of children and have games, books, children's videos, cot, stroller and highchair.

There is a wonderful large pool in the back with pool toys and inflatable rafts for you to use. The comfortable pool furniture should make life 'great' during your stay. This we hope will lead to guests wanting to return and also recommending us to others.

Many of our guests have been trying a villa holiday for the first time and they are now converted to 'villa' holidays as the best form of accommodation!! They are experiencing luxury at a very inexpensive price and getting so much more for their money than just a hotel room!!!! There is local management that watches the property to make sure there are no problems during your visit.

If this is your first time to consider a 'villa' holiday, we hope you will give it a try and make a booking today. Once you have, you won't think about living out of a suitcase in a small, expensive hotel room EVER again!
