Family Vacation 2024

Overall, house was very comfortable. We were a little mad upon arrival as we discovered they had a limited window on pool heat, The owner did allow for us to change our window of time to have it. We appreciated that very much so as that is always a selling point for us. However, we wish that was communicated to us as we ended up not using it the first night because it was off by 9. We have never rented a house with limited pool heat. It would have been great to decide time before arriving. Families have different plans and may want different times based on those plans. The owner/property manager responded quickly and adjusted the time for us. Otherwise, house was fine.

Hi Lisa Thanks for your review. We have now introduced a section on our pre-arrival information to advise the 14 hour window can be adjusted and guests can let us know if they want to change from the traditional 0700-2100 window. It was a pleasure having you with us and we look forward to seeing you again in the future
