The apartment is convenient to a lot of comforts and attractions. It is also very spacious and water pressure was great. The number of stairs was a bit much but still doable.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, in a great neighbourhood away from the high tourist traffic, near excellent restaurants. We were very happy for the air conditioning in a mid-summer heatwave!

Amazing location and a great host..!

We visited Venice for four days at the end of May and loved this apartment. It was central to grocery, banks, cafes and all the sites we wanted to see. Our host was very helpful in teaching us about the area, where we should go and how to best get around.

Check in was smooth and easy, great location in a quieter area of the city that is walkable to everything. Nice apartment, but a little dated and worn.

Nice apartment in beautiful neighbourhood

Very close to restaurants and bars and not too crowded in this area. The apartment was spacious and clean and had a nice terrace. The staff was very kind and helpful.

A very nice stay in Ca Pantalon

Location, Space, double couch, well-equipped kitchen. There would be nice to have a few Christmas decoration. We struggle to manage the bedroom digital heating control, so the room was pretty cold (16°C). The light control location in the apartment for the entrance staircase has not been explained.

I loved this property and the location. It was much larger than I thought it would be and only wish family had been there to share it. The property manager and staff were also very kind and accommodating. Thank you 😄

Nice apartment in great part of Venice.

Amir met us on arrival to give us the keys and answer any questions. He was super and very helpful organising a return airport water taxi. Many thanks Amir. The location was brilliant - plenty of restaurants and not far from vaparetto stop at Sa Toma to get into St Mark's square. The apartment had everything we needed but could do with a lick of paint. All in all, a great stay in Venice made better by using Views on Venice. Thank you for all your help. No issues at all. Thank you for your help. We shall definitely recommend you.

Everything you need in the apt. It was nice having 2 bathrooms while traveling with kids. The kitchen is a nice size. Everything clean and comfortable and staff very helpful arranging activities and taxis.

Great ‘off-the-beaten-path’ location. At the intersection of two small canals, we enjoyed watching daily life outside from our living room window. Shelf in shower, toilet paper holder, and drawers in 2nd bathroom.

Light-filled spacious apartment in perfect location

The location was perfect for us and the canal views out the apartment windows were fun. The hosts were very helpful and all our communications went smoothly, including our greeting on arrival. The living room and bedrooms were spacious, cheerful and comfortable. The kitchen is on the small side which was fine for us, but maybe not easy for cooking full meals. Thank you for a delightful stay!

Wonderful plave

Wow! Clean and beautiful! Great location in Venice and GREAT service! The listing agent was VERY helpful with everything from water taxi’s to the airport, bus info, and local info! Highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay for the three of us; Great location just steps away from Santa Margherita Piazza; Pantalon Piazza and canal seen just outside of living room windows; Annalisa great with communication-helpful and prompt; enjoyed terrace for afternoon glass of wine; would definitely stay again

Venice is magical

Our three-day two-night stay in Venice could not have been better thanks to our apartment and suggestions from those involved. The owners communicated every detail and when we arrived, they met us at the 'boat dock' and walked us to our GREAT apartment. Mateo who escorted us also gave great dinner recommendations which we used perfectly. We loved the location! For a great time in Venice, I highly recommend our hosts!!!

Venice Dream Apartment

Perfect location with views of canals and yet quiet. The apartment is spacious with wonderful windows and patio. The host provided us with impeccable service and they set up a water taxi for us to and from the train. The apartment is very well stocked with all our needs. We hope to return in the near future!

Exceptional Time in Venice

Beautiful, well-equipped apartment in a perfect location to walk to all of our planned activities in Venice. The staff at Views on Venice, Christina, was helpful in planning the trip and welcoming us to Venice and orienting us to the apartment. The apartment provided ample space and two bathrooms for us.

Comfortable and great location

Venice was our final city of a 10 day trip. This apt was a perfect way to end the trip. Lots of space, good location and best AC of the trip. There are two sets of stairs to navigate and on the second step a handrail would have made it a full 5 star. Marco checked us in and Enrica was easy to communicate with. Both were great. Departure by water taxi was close by and easy to access.

Brilliant Property.

I feel like if we extol about the small details too much that I’ll be doing the “important things” a disservice. So, the apartment itself is luxurious and well-designed. The hosting company is amazing and inviting, and were communication with us prior to arival. But the small details were exquisite. Everything you can think about—and things you wouldn’t. The place is wonderful. Perfect for a stay in Venice!

Great Location, Views, and Experience

Great location at the intersection of Rio de Pantalon and Rio de Ca' Foscari with easy access to really anywhere. Hosts were super helpful in arranging a water taxi to pick us up at the train station and then again to take us to the airport. They met us at the property to let us in and show us around, even spending a few minutes with a map to point out some things in the area and how to get to them, then they were available via WhatApp in case we needed anything, but we didn't. The apartment was roomy and comfortable with good views of the 2 canals down below.

medium stay

Great location, great apartment, the only issue, according to my Doctor I had bites from bed bugs but for Views on Venice they were only mosquitos because they couldn't find any bed bugs after our staying.........No way to clarify with them. Mauro

As soon as our staff was notified of your issue, a pest control company was called in to check the apartment and has confimed (we have the documentation) that there are no bed bugs in it. I also can confirm that, since your stay, many guests have occupied and slept in the apartment with no further issues. Ca' Pantalon Terrace is Modern, Spacious, and Perfectly Located

Ca' Pantelon is a very spacious, modern unit prefectly located near Campo Santa Margherita (under 2 minutes) but far enough that it does not get the crowds. 10 minutes to the train station in one direction, and ten minutes to the Academia bridge in the other. Many dozens of great dining options, from quick pizza to several of the top places in the City, are within a 5 minute walk. Excellent wine shop seconds away. Plenty of windows and sunlight. Great kitchen. The terrace is quite private, with just a sliver of a view of nearby rooftops. Campo San Pantalon can be a little noisy in the mornings with the garbage barge, but it's gone by 10:00. The unit is two flights of stairs up, but that provides a nice view of the canals and reduces mosquitoes. And, as always, Views on Venice is fantastic in terms of getting you settled in, addressing any issues, reserving water taxis, etc. I would not stay in Venice without working through VoV!
